MWR are my initials. I need a logo designed for MWR Consulting. There is no website yet. Once the Logo Is done, we’ll be setting up a website.
What text should be included in the main part of the logo?

What type of product or service do you offer?
Real estate and construction consulting services specializing in development and construction management.
How long have you been in business?
New venture but many years of experience in this field.
What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?
I want the logo to convey a sense of professionalism and clearly identify my company - MWR Consulting.
What are your long term goals?
Grow the business and provide clients with outstanding service
When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer?
March 19th
Audience Profile:
Client base will be real estate owners and developers.
What type of logo would you like?
Sophisticated design, clean lines and a logo easily used on letter head and marketing information. Some Logos and websites I like are:

Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)
Not really but same color to look great for logo, letter head, marketing information and website. Colors I like are Blue, Gray and Green. Red and Gold after that.
Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
I assume the logo will incorporate the letters of my name. The business is development and construction.
Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business?
Professional, experienced and different from other firms in same business.
What is your tagline or slogan?
There’s no tagline or slogan, but “Personal commitment, value and experience” are all good words that describe what we provide clients.
What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?
The logo and website will be for business identification and information gathering.
Where will your new logo be used?
Website, letter head and market material/information
What sets you apart from your competitors?
The value we bring to a client through the services, experience and commitment.
