Hi

We need to design a logo for our new real estate company.

At the moment, we are working on the website, but need a logo as soon as possible. It would be ideal if we could have something to chose from by Tuesday midday, GMT.

Project Summary:
What text should be included in the main part of the logo?

Prime Buy to Let, with a space to write International, Europe, England etc beneath, which we can use depending on the country we present.

What type of product or service do you offer?

We are selling 'buy to let' properties, targeting investors

How long have you been in business?

10yrs, but this is our new brand

What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?

To communicate that we are up to date, professional and trustworthy agents

When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer?

Ideally Tuesday midday, GMT

Audience Profile:
Please describe your existing audience

Investors who are looking to buy properties which they can rent, but wont no trouble

Who would you like to add to your audience?

People who didn't invest in property till now, because they thought it could be difficult to manage it all

Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like?

Text and perhaps a symbol, no images.

A symbol could perhaps be a ticked checkbox? Open to all suggestions.

Do you have any colours in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)

Green, Orange, Blue, the tones as on this web template:

http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/16436.html?&templ=16436&tab=6

Not set on colours, open to suggestions. We need to came across as trustworthy, friendly, professional, relaxed. Warm.

This are the colours we will use on the website, and i'm not sure if all of them need to reflect on the website.

Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?

No, but would avoid a house. Something contemporary, even if apstract, but simple and to the point.

Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business?

Simple, easy, to the point, professional, contemporary

What is your tagline or slogan?

None at the moment.

Perhaps something like "we tick all the boxes". Need to discuss that with my team a bit more.

What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?

we will source the best investment property, with the least trouble for you. simple and easy, no hassle.

We tick all the (check)boxes .

Where will your new logo be used?

Website, promo material such as brochures etc.

Competitive Positioning:
Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos?

List competitive URLs if possible

Not competative, but I like the feel and style:
http://www.dandara.com/

Other competitive sites look very outdated. For exmaple, this is our main competitor:

http://www.axispropertyinvestment.com/pages.php

What sets you apart from your competitors?

We tick all the boxes, we provide properties with tenants, we got best deals? Not much to really differentiate in the terms of our offer, but if we can get a fresh and clean, contemporary look and feel, we will stand out, at least visually.

IMPORTANT: I will need the original files with layers for PC, and the font should ideally be nothing expensive, and also for PC.

Thank you,

Kana

This is the look of our website that is in development.

Disregard the 'logo', it is there just for the illustration purposes.

Hi Nhr

I have sent an email to Abby a day ago requesting her to refund my payment because my post had no entries and I had a deadline to reach, so I have already commissioned another designer to do the work.

I'm quite new here (did only one project), so I expected that Abby would automatically cancel this thread, which obviously didn't happpen.

I'm really sorry that you spent your time on the above design, and I hope that you will understand and accept my apology.

Thank you,

Kana
