Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like?

I want something whimiscal, yet sophiscated. Something that is hip, fresh, colorful, fun, but not too cutsey. I want to be unique and classy but still show my fun side!

I have a logo right now, and I loved it for a long time, but feel that it is just a bit too cutsey for me now. I am ready to ditch the ladybugs!

Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)

I really like the colors in my current logo and would like to keep them:

Offbeat Design, Jeff, I like the simpleness of the fonts and I like the colors but I'm not too fond of the pin wheel. Can I see a few varaitions?

On the Spot, I love how my name looks but I'm not diggin the box that the pin wheel is in.

Here's a thought that I was just throwing around in my mind:

I collect vintage cameras and I was thinking it would be neat to try out a design with a vintage (but colorful) camera.

I would love to see a few different designers try this idea out!

Ok, at the last minute, I have decided to go in a different direction with my logo. I would like something other than the pinwheel now. I know, I know, sorry for switching my mind, but I discovered that a wonderful photographer that I respect very much has a pinwheel in her logo and I would like to not over step any boundries there.

Also, I am extending my deadline until Friday July 18.

I like the idea of going with a vintage (but colorful) camera or modern (colorful) suqares.

I am extended my deadline to July 23 so that more designers can participate!

Dewa, can i see how Version 1 and 2 would look with the rain being blue and the umbrella being colored? Also, could I see how the two different version would look like if the rain drops were polka dots? Also, I would like to see how the umbrella would look like if it had a curved handle on the bottom?

Offbeat, On version 7, could I would like to see the umbrella placed in between my first and last name. Also, could I see a few different designs using this umbrella?

Ok, thank you all so so much for making so many amazingly wonderful designs! This was a really tough choice! I would choose about 4 different designs if I could!

After a lot of thinking, I have decided to go with Tini's version 5, but I need several revisions to this design.

Revisions:
I would like my first and last name to be one solid color

I would like 'photography' to be multicolored (similar to how my exisiting logo is)

I feel that the umbrell is a bit detached from the rest of the design. Could you somehow angle the umbrella handle down and make it the last "a" in my first name? I feel this would incorporate it more into the design. Does that make sense?

Also, could the top of the umbrella not be as thin? I think it would look nice if more of the top of the panels were visible.

I would also like to incorporate my tage line: "finding the art in life" into this design. I like how my current logo puts and emphasis on the words "art" and "life" by having them in a different font and color.

I would like to see a few different font options for this design as well. I'm not sure I am totally in love with the current font choice.

Angela, here are some first revisions, after you decide on layout, I'll show you some font variations,:).....

I like B best, but would still like to incorporate the tag line into it.

:)here is B, tag incorporated, and 2 other font variations(on logo "B", I added some detail to umbrella, and flipped the handle)....
(I am middle of a lego dilemma with my son, so I'm in between revisions, and lego building:eek:)

I like the font for "finding the.....in" in B and the font from C for the words "art" and "life"

Can I see what my name and "finding the.....in" would look like in brown and "art" and "life" in pink and green?
