Logo for lawn care co - $100

[M&T Lawn Care]

First I just want to say I have seen some great work here. I look forward to seeing what everyone comes up with.
I'm looking for a logo for my lawn care company.
The name is M&T Lawn Care inc. I do commercial and residential property.
There are a few things you need to remember as you design it.
1. This will be going on my truck ( it is white ) , on my business cards , on my invoices, and on my letterhead.
2. I am licensed and fully insured.
3. My phone number is 407-555-5555, I do want it on my logo or sign.
4. I'm in florida.
5. I want something that when on my truck is easy to read.

One more time I have seen some great work, I can't wait to see what you come up with for me. :tup:

Here are a couple ideas...

Heres an idea...I tried to keep the colors simple, while producing a memorable florida scene...Notice how the logo starts at commerical buildings and moves to the residential area. The M&T Stamp is the logo branding. :tup:

To Core Design:
Even though it's a nice design, it just did't catch me.
Please don't take that negitively and please try again.

To Design Shark:
I like the one in the upper left, could you add the grass like the one below it, and add somewhere Residential and Commercial Properties. P.S. Where would the phone# go?

To Mute Design:
Can you change the city to grass, I like the palm trees, and change the M&T font.

To Huhhso:
I love the palm tree, can you change the font to be thicker, get rid of the dots on either side of M&T, make the & symbol smaller, take out the small M&T at the bottom, and make lawn care a little larger.

To all:
Great start !!! it's really fun working with pros. I tried a month ago to make my own, to say the least I'm no pro not even close. (well that's how I ended up here)

This is real fun! sorry about not getting back to all of you sonner but I worked my first job from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. then went to see a couple of clients.

I will say it again great work I know as the deadline gets closer you all will be making very tough on me to pick a winner.

1. Core Design: I like the idea of the shadow off to the side, can you replace the hand tools with a mower, make M&T darker than Lawn Care.

2. Pennyln: I love the palm tree can you push it behind M&T lighten it up and drop it down ( see where the top of M&T and then where the all palms meet together) half of that. and I'm sorry take out the grass.

3.Mute Design: Out of the set of four you sent I will be talking about the second one. Shift just the M&T to the left a little maybe to the center of the M, make the and half the size it is now, I like the palms can you make them black, take out serving Florida since....,and increase the size of Lawn Care Inc.

4. Disturb Reality: I like the palm trees, I would like to see something more business like.

5. Huhhso: Again I love the palm, and I like the way Lawn Care Inc is at the bottom looks professional, can you try a different cocept but leave the palm in it.

6.Gilles Le Bon: Looks great but maybe something like the one you did for Burnham Lawns, not exactly but same rough idea, and keep the collors to two or three, I just found out the more colors I have in the logo the more the printer charges me.

Pennyln: Sorry for the misunderstanding.
the top logo of the last design you sent, make the top of the palm larger,a lighter green than the M in M&T and make it look like it's behind M&T.

Gilles Le Bon: A couple of things I liked about Burnham lawns logo were the colors and the back ground. If you can take burnham lawns logo the way it is and put a palm tree the same size as Burnham's tree in it and then put buildings in the background that would be good.

Gilles: Let's see if I can get this right,can you make the M&T larger(right now, as height goes, the tops of M&T are almost at the middle of the design,can you make it come to 3/4), make the and symbol smaller, lawn care is 2 words on all my paperwork,(this is the part I don't know how to explain) the palm tree and the buildings, can you hide the palm lower and behind the buildings more, and raise both the buildings and the palm higher on the design.

Here it is : After much consideration and eye strain from looking at the logos, the winner is Bill from Penny Lane Graphics, all the logos everyone sent in were outstanding, it was very hard to choose.Thank You All. hey Bill great job so what's next.
