Wanting a "package deal"

To all in charge,

I am contemplating needing a logo, 4 page website, and possibly cards and stationary.

I am worried if I do it piecemeal it may not come out as well.

Is there a "super combo" package that includes all of that? How would I go about submitting a bid for something like that?
