Logo Design Assessment
To guide the designers in the right direction from the start, please complete the following questionnaire:

Project Summary:
What text should be included in the main part of the logo? Not sure, use your best discretion.
What type of product or service do you offer?
Biofeedback/Stress Reduction for kids on the Autism Spectrum, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, or Anxiety kids.
How long have you been in business? 2 years
What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity? To project an environment where kids can come for re-balancing and vibrational cleansing.
What are your long-term goals? To create a multi-disciplined center for that provides state of the art vibrational medicine tools for balancing the body.
Audience Profile:
Please describe your existing audience: Kids from 7-15 (really the parents will be investigating the website and the product offering) who are challenged with ADD/ADHD, Aspersers, Autism, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, etc..
Who would you like to add to your audience? Adopted kids who had difficult pre-birth experience from either drug or alcohol use.
Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like? Happy, fun, bi-racial, a spectrum of kids, a rainbow coalition, all shapes and sizes.
Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?) Red, orange, Happy, fun, vibrant, lively, need to project hope and change. Balance and Trust.
Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo? This may sound crazy but I like the cingular design…looks like a lively happy kid. Listen to Isreal, Somewhere over the Rainbow…this is how I want my logo to sound. Hope and inspiration over-layed on top of a classic. I think to myself…what a wonderful world.
