Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like?
I see a house, green roof, information in the body. Urban and eclectic to stand out from the rest. Needs to be able to transfer from city to city. We sell at the beach and in large metropolitan areas. Convey strength and ability. Maybe try to try incorporate the feel of organic, eco-friendly (GreeneHouse).

Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)
Green because of my last name Greene… not sure on what color of green. Maybe with white and black, but open to other color schemes.

Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?

What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business?

Brochures, letterhead, business cards, office signs, website, and signs etc.

Competitive Positioning:
Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos?
There are many competitors out there, but none that are exciting and innovative. All are BORING!!


What sets you apart from your competitors?
We are a full service real estate company. We don’t just sell pieces of the planet, we are there every step of the way with our customers from helping them with permitting, zoning, to building them a bright and profitable real estate portfolio for the future. You name it we do it. We are more tenacious and care about the customer. It’s about building relationships, not one time deals.

This is totally in a different direction than what I had in my minds eye. The design is really nice and I like it! The font works. It is clear and uncluttered. You are going in the right direction.....

Tyler: Any changes? Hmmm...I really like it, can I see some other color combinations or different blues and greens?

GreenIdentity: Very nice. I like this concept as well, but there is something, maybe the house? The coloring? that isn't quite right. Love the concept, maybe try some variations of this idea.

Xpressions: V.1.0 Very clever...incorporated MONEY, REALTY and GREEN..all in ONE. :) But, it conveys to me more of a savings and loan or banking icon. Not what I really had in mind. Also, the font layout makes it seem busy and blocky.

V.2.0 : Interesting concept, but not what I'm looking for at all. The house is difficult to see what it is and it reminds me of the tv networks Peacock.. ;)

You guys are off to a great start, I'm really impressed with all this creativity. I'm also open to other ideas other than the green house effect... so if you are inclined to express your creative genius in other ways with it, I'm open to it. :)

Expressions V.3 Thanks for another concept on the greenhouse... but it looks maybe too industrial for me. Not the direction I want to go with.

Tyler V1.1 Thanks for trying different color combos...but the first version is still my favorite. But good to see it with different colors.

Apprentice V1 This one is not grabbing me... doesn't really stand out to me. Thanks for trying.
V.2 Same thing here too... it needs some pizazz....to standout among the hundreds of real estate companies out there.

BlueCherry V.1 Wow, that is innovative for sure... I like it... but there is something about it that seems confusing.. can't tell if that is supposed to be a leaf? raindrop? or an insect? it does have a little bit of alien ship about it.. Its cool, but not sure if it conveys real estate to me.

V.2 and V.3 I really like this concept. Can you try it in another color of green? And perhaps change up the leaves.. they look a little bit like a gas flame to me. But love the direction you are heading with this..

Perhaps I am confused. I thought Version 3 was the design with the leaves on the right side of the logo??? The logo with the leaves to the right side is the version I picked. Sorry if there has been some confusion.
