I had a designer working our new design, but we didnt like where things were going. Were 5 revisions into it and not even close to what we wanted. We are an AT&T distributor, so we must have their logo prominent on the page as well.
Here is what we have so far: http://img501.imageshack.us/img501/9550/ctmmainng6.jpg
Company Details
1a) Name of Company
included in screenshot
1b)Company Tag Line or slogan:
included in screenshot
1c) Do you have a company logo?
Yes, included in screenshot
1d) Do you have a corporate visual identity (a customized (non stock) logo and color scheme carried out throughout your office, stationery, business cards, etc.)?
No
1e) What is the nature of your business?: Briefly describe your products or services:
Telecommunications consulting, AT&T distributor
1f) Who is your target market? Who are you hoping to reach with your site?
Businesses/IT Managers
Website Details
1b) Do you have an existing website? If so, what is the URL?
http://tinyurl.com/57afzj
2b) IMPORTANT: Please list at least 3 URLs (web addresses) of high quality sites that you like the look of (these do not have to be sites who’s business is similar to yours. It aids us in determining what your design style is.) Please consider layout, colors, navigation, graphics, and typography.

But we want something more like the above site, but obviously we dont want to clone the site, but we want it as close as legally possible.
3b) What colors or color schemes would you like?
grey, white (all main text must be on white background), blue (AT&T blue), and possibly some orange as a contrast color?
4b) List the Navigation links for your Site:
I dont want a left navigation on the front page. I figured thats obvious since they reference site doesnt have one. The subpage of course needs a left column navigation menu though.
For sample text and links, you can just use the data from the site we linked to and want to reference. Were going to be changing all the text of course once we get the design. Obviously dont use the word x4 in the samples though, that would help. =P
5b) What type of look are you trying to achieve? (e.g. clean, high-tech, conservative, warm, flashy, etc.)
clean, a bit high tech, but not flashy. We will though be putting a few images on the site that will have that wiper affect (transition between images)
7b) Do you have any images for use in the design of your site? If not, do you have images, can you offer suggestions of what you type of imagery you feel would be most suitable for your website:
Business people. Were not a mobile company, so dont use image with people on the cell phone or images of cell phones.
Deadlines and Deliverables
1c) What is the deadline for your template design?
July 28th
We do need the design ASAP as we need to have the site completed before the end of the month. We only need a PSD of the design, so that should shorten up the time you need to create the design.
2c) Will you require HTML coding? (Yes/No)
No
3c) If so, will you require it to be ONLY CSS layout? (Yes/No --- {fees})
4c) How many pages coded will you require delivered? ({fees})
We need one frontpage and a single subpage. PSD only.
Are there any other comments/specific ideas we should keep in mind while designing your project?
We do want the 4 section blocks like they have on the x4 site. You can use the logo from imageshack link as we dont currently have it finalized yet. We dont need much text on the front page, only a couple sentences and 1 in each "block" mentioned earlier. Again, use sample text from reference link
I wish I could offer more money on the design, but much of our budget was unfortunately eaten up by the earlier designer.
