MLManon.com will be a website to help MLMers learn better ways of earning extra income.

MLMs are Multi-Level-Marketing companies. MLMers are people who sign up with an MLM and try to sell their products and recruit more sales people. Some people call them "network marketing" companies.

The problem with MLMs is this: MLMs do a better job of *transferring* wealth than creating it. They are essentially exponential-pyramid schemes in disguise. 95% of people who join lose money, and the 5% that make money only make money because people below them are losing money.

The goal of MLManon.com is to become a resource to MLMers -- to help them find an alternative to MLM.

MLManon.com is about:
* Fun
* Personal Development
* Making Money
* Community
* Change (A New Direction)
* Breaking Free (as if from a cult)
* Happiness
* Making a Difference

IMPORTANT: We want the site to be FUN. So the logo should capture that too. Not TOO fun -- but not too serious.

In general, I like the use of RED in logos, with BLACK accents.

I like the one with the pyramid on the left.

Let's try a variation....

make the bottom right man red and have him running out from under the pyramid towards the mlmanon. Maybe have the other guys look like they are about to topple...

the red guy needs to be RUNNING.... As if he is escaping the pyramid. The other guys should be toppling in all directons- rotating the figure is not enough to show 'toppling'.... It should look like 'the bottom guy leaving causes the whole pyramid to fail.

The red-guy is our story... We need to somehow enhance that... Maybe creating an 'exit' door? Something he's running towards?

Variation (better, I think):

Hmmm -- he looks more like he's dancing than running... And since this is a logo, it should be simpler. I think it needs some illustrative skills here, and it looks like you're just altering come clipart. Open to suggestions....

Ok.... Here's the scoop: I really love the pyramid concept with one man escaping. But I just don't like the current version so far. I like the concept so much I would like to have the tag line be 'Escape The Pyramid'. So other concepts at this point will likely not succeed (though I am open to being surprised)

So, I would like to see more variations of the 'escape the pyramid' concept.... Different people, different poses etc.

I do not think the exit-door works.... Makes the logo too complicated.

I no longer think the 'toppling pyramid' comcept world either... That also makes it too complicated.

Well, I understand :)

Let me know what you think now:

Having static people is best contrast to one running man.

Yes- that's perfect. In fact, that's good enough to call this project complete. You can move this thread to the private area and deliver all the usual formats for logos for web and print.
