I need a very classy, elegant text for my on-line boutique selling high-end designer clothing that says "Nostalgia Royalty" and then "Boutique" right underneath it. I also need the N and R meshed together as a symbol for my own clothing line to put on t-shirts, sweatsuits, etc. The website will have the feeling of class, elegance, beauty and richness. Thank you

Project Summary:
What text should be included in the main part of the logo?
"Nostalgia Royalty" and a "NR" symbol

What type of product or service do you offer?
We offer high end pre-owned designer clothing and new casual apparel by Nostalgia Royalty.

How long have you been in business?
We are a new business, website under construction now, just waiting on a finalized logo and symbol.

What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?
Success in the fashion industry.

What are your long term goals?
I hope to open a store front after being successful for 1 year on-line.

When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer?
The deadline is Aug. 10th.

Audience Profile:
Please describe your existing audience.
My target audience is a woman, age 18 to 45. I will have some product for men, including t-shirts and hats, ages 18 to 35.

Who would you like to add to your audience?
Eventually, I may add tweens to my target audience.

Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like?
I would like something very classy and elegant.

Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)
I love golds, silver/greys and black.

Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
The only image I would consider, if any, would be the "NR" made into a crown, just with the 2 half circles around it. I don't want it to look like every other crown that people use as there logo. I'm hoping for very distinctive and memorable.

Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business?
I want to reflect class, elegance and richness. Even if someone is wearing a Nostalgia Royalty sweatsuit, I want them to feel elegant, strong and classy.

What is your tagline or slogan?
I'm not using a tagline or slogan. It is just going to say "boutique" underneath the name.

What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?
I really want women to always feel sexy, strong and well put together. I am a wife and a mother who will always portray strength, class and elegance to my husband and little girl.

Where will your new logo be used?
I will use my new logo on my website and on my line of casual wear.

Competitive Positioning:
Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos?
All on-line fashion boutiques are my competitors and I think all of their logos are wonderful because it is their point of view.

List competitive URLs if possible

What sets you apart from your competitors?
My point of view!

Targeted Message:
State a single-minded word or phrase that will appropriately describe your company:
The love of fashion

Hi, I really like the colors you used and it translated very well to black! I feel the look of the font is too casual and modern. I want more elegance to it. Thank you so much!

Hi, thank you for your design. It seems to youthful and casual for my website. I want more elegance in the font. Also, if I use a crown in the symbol, it needs to be more subtle. There are so many businesses out there that use crowns in there logo, if I used one it would have to be almost hidden within it.

An N and R are in the center of the crown..

Hi, thank you for your design. Version 2 is definately hitting pretty close to home. The font is very nice and I love the way you did "Boutique" underneath it. I would love to use some golds instead of red and maybe use the color somewhere else instead of half gold and half black. Also, is there any other little design to use at the top of the crown. The one there now looks a bit jokerish. Thank you again!

I really like version 4. Is there any way to change the red to a nice silver and keep the NR thin like you have in the black version.

I have added $50.00 to my payment, so the total for the designer I choose will be $200.00. Thank you to all!

This is getting close. I had some people give their point of view and we all came up with the same idea. The "NR" does not look as legible as I would like. Can you seperate them? It looks to much like an "M". Also, Can you do a version changing the silver to black? Otherwise, the coloring in the larger one with the gold fading to the reddish/brown and the lightness in the middle is beautiful. Thank you so much for your time and effort.

To Paula23, I really love the way you seperated the NR. Is there any way to make the bottom edges of the "NR" less curly. It feels too curly to me when I look at it. Thank you. To Unorthodox, thank you so much for your design but I really like a previous presentation from another designer. Your time and effort has been appreciated.

Is this better:)

That's better, maybe a little more. Can you seperate and define the "NR" more? Everyone still see's an M when they look at it? Also, can we try it without the dots and the design at the top of the crown, my husband thinks it might be too feminine for the men's shirts. Thank you so much for your patience and effort.

Here you go:)
The 3 layout each have revised curls.
I seperated the N,R on A and extended the arm of the 'N" in both B & C.
I also thought I would show them to you with and without the black embellishments:)

Thanks!

Congratulations! I love B! You have done a fantastic job! Can I get a complete file as is, one with logo only, one without the word boutique, each in color and black & white. Thank you so much for all your time and talent!
