This is the first time being here.
We are Foreclosures Canada Information Systems Inc and we need a logo for our company. We are known as Foreclosures Canada.

Project Summary:
What text should be included in the main part of the logo?

Foreclosures Canada
perhaps one word above and one under ????... This makes it easy for us to have “Name Recognition” and decals etc without having the name separate from the logo

What type of product or service do you offer?

We offer subscription services to foreclosure listings and teach courses on real estate investing with a focus on foreclosures, home study program

How long have you been in business?

6 years

What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?

Name Recognition, the best Canadian source for Foreclosures

What type of logo would you like?

Our current site is yellow and red but am open to change as we will be redesigning the whole site.

Where will your new logo be used?
web header, stationary, decals, binder covers, CD cover etc

What sets you apart from your competitors?
We are the 1st company in Canada teaching about Canada foreclosures and the only Alberta Foreclosure lists service.

Once we have a logo, we then will continue the process and get a new website header so I can redesign our site. We also will need other print material done. All of these will need to incorporate the logo

We need a professional appearance as we are almost ready to launch a large marketing campaign.

Once we have the logo, we will them post for a website header incorporating the logo, and then post for CD covers and binder covers.

We really need your artistic help.

Could you make the chimney in red and Foreclosures Canada in red and the rest in bright yellow

We like the black & white one with some changes
make the middle house grey so there is contrast for the 3 houses
make the swirl in bright yellow and Foreclosures Canada in red

could we try only using the 2 houses grey & black ones and cut there size down in height - maybe just below the window on the left
the cloud outline in black
and move the left house just about 1/8" to the left to distinguish more between the 2 houses

would like to also see this with these changes and having both houses in black

just a couple of small changes
1. we want to go with only 2 houses instead of 3- the black & grey house
2. we would like these houses cut down to just below the window (so the window to the roof is what we see)
3. Seperate the 2 houses just a bit and make them both black
4. Make the cloud outline in black
5. the swirl and name are perfect

The smaller house he wanted only moved over about 1/8 " from the original drawing.

Could we see this in the black houses and 1 version in 1 black, 1 grey house.

Once he sees it each way - black houses vs black-grey houses - we will be ready to finish
