Are they bluetooth dongles?

I have two Tecom BT3030 Bluetooth dongles, ive tried everything and I still cant get the two of them talking to each other which is a step down from you.

One thing I did notice is during the install XP told me it wasnt a licensed install or compatibility product, so im not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Sounds simple but have you put the two machines right next to each other to see if they can talk to each other and work when they are really close together.

Not much help I know, try asking on www.sitepointforums.com lots of help on there.
