PaymentDoctor.com is a site being developed for financial services. PaymentDoctor will match lenders and insurance companies to qualified customers.
PaymentDoctor is the company name and the tag line is (Your Prescription for Savings)
I would like to see the words Payment and Doctor color seperated, possibly even staggered Payment over top of Doctor. I am partial to blue as one of the colors.
I am not opposed to any ideas that get put out here. Give me your best shot.

Wow........ I am quite impressed with the response to this challenge. I will give my input on the current submissions in the order they were posted. Thanks to all of you for your quick enthusiastic response to this challenge.

graphxguy: I like that you were right on the project although I am looking more for a Text based logo not to say that I don't want a graphic, just more subdued.

pennyln: Bill, we had been throwing around the rx idea and thought it would show up. We like the color separation of the words and especially the change of font for the tag line. I would like to see some variations in font and color, use your judgement.

coredesign: Ryan, We are looking for more text based and would like a good color contrast.

KelliShaver: We would like to stay away from medical instruments. I know that makes this difficult.... we know your all up for the challenge.

markbeaudry: Going down the right road, maybe a different graphic.

dynagirl: The second entry with the chart line is a workable design. Don't hold back on your colorful design.

disturbreality: The second design is more what we are looking for. We like graphics to left.

We would really like to see further attempts from all participants. Having given feedback on what has been sent already we would like to see what you come up with.
Our suggestion is submit what you think we are looking for and also submit a design you think would be appropriate for this company. We suggest this because we are not graphic designers and do not want to limit the possibilities by our preconceived ideas.
We will be ending this contest in ten days or less.

Here's another idea. I sort of took this from the medical bag idea and simplified that down (leaving off the handle, etc.) I thought it made a nice symbol that could later be used on its own without looking too much like it belonged in a doctor's office or a hospital.

Raja I think your on to something......... I like the use of black and red. The two designs that most catch my eye are the simple red cross in the word doctor and your Pd logo design except in black and red.
Could you work with those and see what you come up with? Just an idea how about in the logo Pd black P,red d possibly make logo inside of a rounded cornered box.

The simple red cross design with the tag line under and try it in a few different fonts.

markbeaudry I have found all of your designs attractive. I would like to see the first design without the tabs in the graphic. Keep the same square design but in blue. Make the cross in the middle green. What I am looking for is the same color separation in the graphic as the text. Feel free to try other colors as well.

I also like your napster type doctor design. I am a little to conservative but it does intrigue me.

Hello everyone,
I feel the need to let all of you know how satisfied I am with my experience at DO. The quest for a logo is a frustrating task for so many people and especially those working within a tight budget.

I believe that many talented designers exist within this organization and undoubtably the experience shapes great designers.

I am starting to get down to some possibilities here. I must say I appreciate all of the entries.

markbeaudry I have really started to like the napster style doctor head design of yours. This is not what I started out looking for. I would like to see that design with something changed on the face, possibly change just the color of the round thing on his head. Maybe change the eyes or not. My concern is that the graphic be identifiably different than anything out on the market like it.

Raja I like the Pd design the idea of having a graphic with the initials for identity is good. I also like your simple red cross in the word doctor on your first entry. I would like to see a variation of that with the cross going through the whole word doctor.
