International Orthotic Labs website www.orthotic.ca (http://www.orthotic.ca)

We need to design a prescription orthotic new product brochure. We only deal with practitioners including doctors and foot specialists and not with patients or general public. We are adding 7 new orthotic device designs to our current offerings. These orthotics are "Pathology Specific" and will include orthotics for: Achilles Tendinitis, Calcaneal Apophysitis, Hallux Limitus/HAV, Metatarsalga, Pediatric Flatfoot, Plantar Fasciitis and Posterior Tibialis Dysfunction. We are thinking of using the image " One Small Step for Mankind..." as a background. We will also supply a few pics of the new orthotic devices, depending how the design works out will dictate how many to include. We want to send the message that we are forward thinking. These orthotic selections could be refered to as a one step orthotic selection. Pre designed to best suit the patients pathology. We should include reference to our regular programs and services as well. Currently we have an industry leading 5 day turnaround time, a 90 day 100% guarantee, Free 2-way shipping program, Great Discount programs..... Please visit our web site to get an idea of our business.
Thank you in advance!!

Hello LouAnne,
Please accept this as an initial idea for your brochure.
(Shown: potential inside spread & front panel cover).
I thought the muted tones will keep the piece serious and business-like,
being more suited to a professional audience.

Unfortunately, without any firm content or direction, I'm at a bit of a standstill.

I hope you can post your content soon.
Thankyou kindly.

Respectfully submitted,
Kimber.

Hi Kimber,
This is really great! Exactly what we were looking for. We have to photogragh our orthotics. I will sent them ASAP. It may take a couple weeks to finalize the pictures. Thank you very much.

I'm happy to hear I'm on the right track.
If possible, since it will take some time to finalize your photos, would you be able to supply them as they become available, so that I can more easily fit this project into my schedule?
Thankyou kindly,
Kimber.

Hi Kimber,

I do not have the actual pic's yet but we would like to get the text and the rest set up so we can just pop them in as soon as we have them. Our thinking is that we increase the actual size of this piece to a 4 fold. It still needs to fit in a regular envelope for mailing.
Space each type of orthotic out 2 per flap, depending on your design. Here is the text that will appear under each pic.

Achilles Tendinitis
Pic
Moderate cast fill, 15mm Heel Cup, Wide Cut, 0 Deg. RFP, 4mm Medial Heel Skive, 4mm Heel Lift, 1/8 Puff Cover to Toes.

Hallux Limitus
Pic
Moderate cast fill, 15mm Heel Cup, 4 Deg. RFP, 4mm Medial Heel Skive, Reverse Morton’s Ext., 1/8 Puff Cover to Toes.

Metatarsalgia
Pic
Minimum Cast Fill, 15mm Heel Cup, Wide Cut, 4 Deg. RFP, Met Pads, 1/8 Poron Ext. To Toes, Vinyl Cover.

Pediatric Flatfoot
Pic
Minimum Cast Fill, 20mm Heel Cup, High Medial Flange, 4mm Medial Skive, 4 Deg. RFP, Vinyl Cover.

Plantar Fasciitis
Pic
Minimum Cast Fill, 20mm Heel Cup, Wide Cut, 4mm Medial Skive, 4 Deg. RFP, 1/8 Poron Ext. To Toes, Vinyl Cover.

Poterior Tibialis Dysfunction
Pic
Minimum Cast Fill, 22mm Heel Cup, High Medial Flange, 4mm Medial Skive, 0 Deg. RFP, 1/8 Puff Cover to Toes.

Pronation Control
Pic
Minimum Cast Fill, 15mm Heel Cup, 4 Deg. RFP, vinyl Cover.

Calcaneal Apophysitis has been dropped.

We will also want to highlite a one price of $99
One Step Orthotic Selection * One Price – this is the concept- One Step for Mankind…..

Find someway to include these benefits, maybe as a continuous line along the bottom.
5 Day turnaround time
Free Two Way Shipping Program
90 Day 100% Guarantee

Keep the front and the inside negative pic you have the same. Also keep our philosophy and the color scheme the same. “Pathology Specific Orthotic Devices” also needs to stay. The actual list can be taken out, as you will relist them with the pics. Use all the other area for these changes as we really like it so far.

Thanks so much.

Thankyou kindly, LouAnne.
This will help quite a bit.
I'll post what I have so far, once I've got it laid out.

Hi LouAnne,
Here's what I have so far.
I have used a photo from your website, as a placeholder for the orthotics.

I haven't had to add an aditional panel, but it might change once I get your photos (possibly). I'll try to keep it this size, as it will be less costly to print.

So far the "back" panel, (the panel that will be visible on the back when the brochure is folded), is currently vacant.

If it stays that way after the photos are provided, please think on what you'd like to have there -- most definitely your contact info -- maybe some other pertinent information?

I'll wait for you.

I was just thinking, as I'm looking at the samples, that you may want to rearrange the elements and place ALL the orthotics on the inside of the brochure, and the "Philosophy" on the reverse fold-n panel (where the 3 sets of orthotics are currently).

It might "read" better.

I'll work on that possibility, but I will wait for your pictures.
Thankyou kindly,
:cre8or:
