Hello everyone. Company's 2nd time posting here, but my first. Very exciting to work with you guys and see the final results.
We are a online marketing firm specializing in search engine marketing, search engine optimization and lead qualification. We need to update our website to look more up-to-date, 2.0ish if you will. Hoping to maintain some good contacts (even if your design isn't selected) as an online marketing company we can always use good contract designers.
Current Site: www.leadqual.com (http://www.leadqual.com)
Main Services: Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Lead Qualification
Look and Feel:
Main Layout: Highlight 3 Main Services, small descriptions of each, each section would like to more info on service pages
Short Form: Should be on every page including our homepage
Other Tabs: Testimonials, Blog, About Us, Contact Us. Our services need to be tabbed on the template page (though if not on homepage, its ok)
Logo: Uploaded here. However we are completely open to a new design. In fact we encourage it! We aren't very attached to the logo.
Websites I like:
onlywebdesign (http://www.onlywebdesign.co.uk) (Great 3 Module Layout, Very Clean, Easy UI, 2.0 style, may be "too" artsy though, need to add a bit more professionalism)
expressionengine (http://expressionengine.com/) (Love ease of use. Diff option to the 3 module layout. really like it.)
BuiltbyBuffalo (http://www.builtbybuffalo.com/) (like the layout, clean, 3 module, section on left for other info)
FeedbackAudio (http://feedbackaudio.ca/) (another example of 3 module. main head image is way too big, pushes too much info below the fold, but idea is there)
(I really like webdesign & expressionengine)
Color Schemes: We are open to different color schemes
HTML/CSS Coding: Code is not required, though if you could CSS the page as a final deliverable that would be awesome. But again, not required.
Pages: HomePage + General Template for Other content pages
Deadline & Deliverables: Want to wrap it up by Nov 30. If we finalize a design before then, even better.
Other Notes: We are hoping to get in touch with some good designers. As an online marketing firm, we may have more projects down the line. Hoping for a long term relationship. Impress us! :P
