I need a brochure for mailing to potential new clients. I want a business reply label and workorder on one side and pricing information in one section. I am attaching the current brochure that I use.

Do you have your company logo in EPS format, or a larger image of one to use?

I have the EPS format that was designed for me before I incorproated to an LLC. Since it was designed I added lines and the LLC. I could not view the files since I don't have a program that I can open an EPS file on this computer.

Are you partial for the logo colors staying the same? Or can I make the logo a solid color? I think this may help in my design.

Here's my try. Please keep in mind these were created in Photoshop. If I do win I can re-create this in Word if you want, but there could be slight differences. Just thought I should let you know before you considered my entry.

on the inside page it says ($25 off Initial Deposit). The word deposit should be Order. The word handpieces should not be hypernated unless starting a different line. On the outside page, my return address shows L C instead of LLC. Please make corrections. Will I be able to make changes in the future by using Photoshop? I have the C4 version.
