I need a logo for a growing small company that specializes in computer/digital forensics, data recovery, electronic discovery services for law enforcement, litigation support, and businesses. See below for the project summary:

Good first effort Tyler...But here are some things that struck me...

1. I don't like the eye image....it looks like an owl's eye.

2. I don't like how the text wraps around the image. It's difficult to read.

I would rather prefer a standard layout...with an image and the text aligned either to the right or left of the image.

I hope this will give you a better idea of what I'm looking for.

A revision on the theme using a magnifying glass/disc as the focus. :)

The layout is a good improvement. Could you use a different image? The magnifying glass looks too "Sherlock Holmes" like and not high-tech enough. Some ideas....maybe you could use a rectangular magnifying glass shown at a slight angle? Or maybe you could change the image to display a computer hard disk?

Also, could you try to improve the color scheme? Try playing around with these two color color combinations...

NICE concept! I love the image. However...

1. The font and colors for company name needs some improvement. It seems to be overshadowed by the image. Try using different color combinations to bring it up to par with the image.

2. I would prefer the same font type for both "Meta" and "Labs".

3. Instead of "Data Recovery Specialist", try using "Digital Forensics, Data Recovery, e-Discovery"...centered, same font-type but smaller.

Much better....The layout and fonts are perfect. The only thing left is the color.

1. For the words "Meta" and "Labs", please change the color to Hex # 333333.

2. For the circle frame around the image, use Hex # 333333 to shade in the darker areas but keep the highlights.

Perfect! I love the CMYK color version. Please send me 3 formats...one .JPG, one .GIF, and one .PNG.

If possible, also include an eps vector format.
