I'm looking for an amazing logo designed for my new online t-shirt company called "DESITUP"
This is actually pronounced as "DES IT UP"
"DES" is an Indian word that means the vibrant and colourfull surrounding and pride of the country.
"DESITUP" also contains the word "DESI" which is another famous Indian word.
The t-shirts are ethnic based and will focus on Asians (Indians/Sikhs/Hindus/Muslims)
Project Summary:
What text should be included in the main part of the logo? "DESITUP"
What type of product or service do you offer? We are going to sell ethnic orientated t-shirts and later on some other apparel online.
How long have you been in business? 1 month.
What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity? I need this logo to have massive impact and to stick in peoples minds. This logo will be used at alot of
events in the UK and will be on all advertising and marketing.
What are your long term goals? I want to be the biggest in this niche business!
When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer? I would like the designs done asap, as i need them for building the website. Maybe by the 6 - 15 Dec 2008.
Audience Profile:
Please describe your existing audience The current audience are asians that are aged 15-30.
Who would you like to add to your audience? I would consider kids t-shirts and maybe some mature themes.
Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like? Due to this being an ethnic company, which has more of an Indian appeal to it. I would like something modern, with a hint of
Indian and to keep in theme with clothing - mainly t-shirts.
Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?) No colours in mind.
Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo? No images or icons.
Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business? Ethnicity, Clothing and Fresh.
What is your tagline or slogan? None yet, but something DESI.
What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience? I want people to be proud of there culture and promote it.
Where will your new logo be used? Everywhere!

Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos? Desiwear (Been in business the longest and US based)
