We are experts in the interface between people and technology, with extensive experience creating “virtual integration” software. Our team is highly creative, instantly responsive and focused on solving problems. See cokinetic.com for more info. In regards to Openberg;

Openberg is competitive alternative to the currently-available, one-size-fits-all financial data services, such as the Bloomberg and Reuters. All provide users with the ability to get real-time financial news and data feeds, and information providers with an outlet to reach those who seek it. But Openberg allows subscribers to control costs by selecting only the data they need and enabling them to access it through a fully-customizable user interface. Users can purchase a full complement of market data, including news, pricing data, research and analysis directly from the information sources. For their part, data providers and publishers can list their products directly on the site, along with terms of use, giving them more direct, unfettered access to their customers.

1f) Who is your target market? Who are you hoping to reach with your site?
Openberg is a new site with no existing audience. CoKinetic currently develops software that creates in-flight entertainment systems for seat-back hardware on airplanes; therefore CoKinetic’s audience at present is airlines, airline advertisers and software developers – with only the latter being relevant to the Openberg business plan.

Thanks, I'll review. Also, pull out the App submission, that was an error in cutting and pasting into the description. My apologies.

MediaGord,
I do not have this with a transparent background. Will the eps work???

Here is my proposal. Feedback appreciated.

Also if you could provide an eps version for both CoKinetic and Openberg (and tell us what font was used) it would be really helpful.

Cheers,
Silviu

And version #2. I've removed the orange line in the header and I've changed the fonts for the headings to Adobe Garamond.

Just one more request. Would it be possible to get the CoKinetic Logo in eps?

Hello,

Here is a design from me.

But could you please provide us with more information on what content is actually needed? I mean all these "latest news" and "latest forum posts" etc, are these sections important at all? Or should we keep it light and simple, instead of overloading it with different sections?

Thank you,
Matude

Here's my entry. You'll notice hte news bar above the navigation. This would be a scrolling news feed(kinda like on CNN), I thought it went nicely with your image. Please keep in mind the entire design is incomplete as I've been just swamped this weekend, but wanted to give you something. Any details if you choose my design will of course be given full attention and filled in accordingly though.

The Powered by CoKinetic logo would also have no background if you have the logo in EPS format. If not I can work something else out.

Anyways thanks for your time,

Gord.

Hi,

Here's my submission.

The website screen shot in the header would be replaced with a screen shot of the Openberg User Interface, once it was developed and designed.

Thanks.

Sarah

Hi Everyone and thanks for all the great posts. We have selected a design. The selected one is from Silviu-ivan on 12/9 at 1:04.

Thanks to all for the submissions.

Thank you for choosing my design.
Please let me know if you need any changes made to the design.

Also if you have an .eps .ai .tiff .pdf or a transparent .png version of the CoKinetic logo it would really help (the logo in the footer doesn't look too sharp right now). If not, I'll see what I can do to improve it.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in this project.

Here are the eps'.

silviu-ivan
12-18-2008, 06:28 AM
Thank you the files, but I have these allready. I was referring to the CoKinetic logo, not the Openberg one.
If you don't have them it's not a big problem, I'll see what I can do.

ldrezek

Sorry, but I do not have an eps of the CoKinetic logo.

silviu-ivan
12-18-2008, 07:08 AM
I've managed to work around it and it looks pretty decent. So if you don't find the files there is no problem.
