BlueCherryGraphics, v.4, #14.
Thank you for darker gold and arrow as requested.
Please keep only two human figures as is (idea of changing it to 3 was an error).
I like the zig-zag and upward trend of arrow. Please make line of it the same weight throughout and the tip of arrow smaller. Want idea of a business graph that's uptrending. Thanks.

NHR, posting #5,

In addition to my earlier request to make the 3rd person a 3rd color and the lettering just a bit more playful, I also request you remove the ".com" based on our instructor's advice.
Also, please find a way to have the zig-zag of the arrow (the peak and the bottom of the zig-zag) going higher and higher with each person. I really like how well these 3 people side-by-side convey the idea of team, and the arrow conveys the idea of uptrending business graph.

Each person's participation helping that graph go up to the next level is an even more powerful idea, as a refinement to the first, if you can find a way to do it and retain the simplicity and power of your first version.

FYI, when I provide coaching or training to a client company, my underlying philosophical idea is that the customer is best served when each member of the organization, trained in the skills and know-how of their position and where their job products fit together, can provide the the most valuable feedback. That synergy of individual's ideas aligned to the common goal, fed back and incorporated where it applies, helps improve the effectiveness and speed as a whole. Sorry for going on and on with this subject I love!

All the best,
Brooke
