green - for life force in each person, and vitality, health, environmentally friendly ("green")
blue - for educational aspect
orange - energy, friendliness, open communication

Possible that the desired end result is statistics uptrending (like a graph with a zig-zag line going up overall, an arrow pointing upward at the end)
Better I think, is something that conveys teamwork, coordinated activity of people, and agility

Working effectively together, with mutual respect for individual voices of each team member (like the instruments in an orchestra or voices in a choir) serving the needs of the customer

b) Not just a training company; work one-on-one to help individual be able to deliver their own subproduct (which is vital to the team)
