Contact Stream Ltd is a new consulting organisation offering unique integration of marketing communication tools to maximise the flow of information from any organisations data base and/or CRM to deliver the best communication option at the lowest cost. This includes SMS, Post, E-Mail and telephony. <o:p></o:p>

At our core is our ability to feedback into clients 'contact streams' the best format of marketing will best work for the consumer / customer that they wish to reach. This 'stream of information' ensures that nothing is wasted and that ALL information is maximised to deliver the correct path to the contact at ALL times.<o:p></o:p>

Using a unique blend of existing and new technology we are also able to maximise the efficiency of call centres and integrate call flow rates, smoothing out peaks and managing demand. We also identify where 'least cost routing options' can deliver cost efficiency across the whole call centre while retaining existing equipment to minimise additional hardware investments.<o:p></o:p>

Ultimately if you want to contact a customer we will find the correct stream to maximise your efficiency, while improving and updating your existing data base through cleansing data, choosing the lowest cost option and saving you money.<o:p></o:p>

The constant re-use of the cleansed data is important to our unique offering. This strips out waste and ensures that our customers data base or CRM is automatically maintained and updated using our offering. We offer unique technology solutions and can already trigger VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) from SMS to voice messages to any landline, generating calls to call centres at planned times.
We ensure that nothing goes to waste for our customer. Non delivery of communication and the exact reason why is as important as a success! To exactly what should be the next step to contact is the key.
This is of course the start of our innovation and we intend to use our proprietory in-house software coupled with extensive industry insights to deliver other new bespoke services for the next generation of contact stream options.

Dear All,

Thank you for all of your designs, although very different these have given us a clearer idea of the message we wish to convey in the brand.

We have therefore slimmed down our preferences to 2 designs but would like the designers to try a couple of amends.

The 2 preferred are from Nutscreative and Offbeat Design.

Nutscreative – the top one is a great design, thank you. Can you remove the ‘Ltd.’ and re-scale for the wave effect. Could you also try a different colour option please? Try a few that you know would be strong for printing and presentations – they can often look very different on screen. Maybe a deep red colour?

Offbeat Design – again a great design, thank you. Can you try a few different changes please? Firstly a different colour, it’s a little too dark and prints somewhat flat, although on screen looks strong. Again please play with a few options to see the best combination. As we also like the Nutscreative dot effect and fade to the wave we wonder if this could be applied to your design (same shape as you have) instead of solid lines?

Both designs have inspired us to look for movement in the logo when used on line – the wave / flag design with fade could be ideal to animate with flash. Perhaps the use of faded dots could either make the flag fly or wave crash.

As we said both designs are strong – either can be seen as a wave or even a flag and are easy to animate due to this.

Hi All,

We have had a meeting to try and decide which of the logos to use and unfortunately there is not any which we are all 100% on. :-(

We have a favourite which is the logo from Offbeat Design, the concerns we now have are firstly from the identity aspect the logo, we feel it does not emphasise the "Contact" element of our business. Secondly we are not sure how this would stand up to some flash treatment.

We would therefore like to throw the forum open for one last rally from you all to see if there is anything which you feel meets our requirements.

For your extra effort we are transferring an extra $50 bonus for the winning design…

Hi Thank you all for your great designs, they are getting close to what we are looking for. We would like to try a couple of things. Firstly we have a consensus that our corporate colours should be Black and Green – maybe high gloss.

We are focussed on 4 designs now – number 11 from Pracus, number 19 from Dewa Jaya, number 22 from Offbeat Design and number 27 from Nutscreative.

No 11, Pracus – nice design, like the communications solutions too. Try the colour change, can you make the design a little less like a cloth being wrung? It’s very close so it will be very interesting to see a few tweaks from you.

No 19, Dewa Jaya – can you change the colour to black and green? Please try several options for us to see.

No22, Offbeat Design – can you change the colour. Maybe incorporate the 2 colours into the wave / cyclone design. Again several options would be good.


no 27 of Nuts Creative, we don’t like the linked oo in contact stream, we don’t want to integrate a logo into our name so it is easy to read and is clean. Can you change the font and boldness to emphasise one of the words, it breaks it slightly and makes it look a little different, lower case seems to work as its softer. Can you also try integrating the black / green in to the wave design?

Wow this is fantastic and frustrating there are now 4 designs we think would work for us,
We are almost positive we would like to go for the colour PMS363 and PMS Black as company colours.

No 31 Pracus, Please last change we love this and would like to see it in the colours above again green one side glossy black the other, could you also remove the communication solutions from below, we are then where we want to be with this design.

No 35 Dewa Jewa, is great we like very much and do not want to change anything.

No 38 Offbeat Design. Sorry it just doesn’t work in those colours could you make it like a zebra black then green in each section of the shell/ swirl design and alternate black n green for each word in type face please.

No 40 Offbeat Design. Hmmmnn this is stunning keep the same layout but could you please change to the colours we prefer Thank you for making it an even more difficult choice.



This has been a great learning experience for us and we really do appreciate all your hard and innovative work thank you all for your responses.

we are very happy with one of these and are ready to make a decision however we are aware that some of you are still working on ideas. we are therefore going to wait 24 hours from now to allow further final submissions. Please tell us ASAP if you are going to submit.

FYI - we liked the design in post 43 but this is very close to an existing logo in a similar field of business so we cannot use this.

The very high standard and diversity of designs has made it a very hard decision, it is a shame that we can only use one design but I am sure that you will be able to use the great designs for other projects.
