I am so excited. I had a logo done when I first started but think my style has really evolved and want a new logo/branding that represents that.

I want to create a strong brand identity.. redefine my branding. I have had a muted look and want to punch it up just a little nothing over the top

Please describe your existing audience
my current client is mid-high income families starting their families. typically in the 30s-40s

Who would you like to add to your audience?
I love my audience so more of the same. people that want a personalized experience and beautiful images of their children

Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like?
I want something that is fun, fresh, whimsical with a vintage feel. I don't want anything super modern and nothing corporate looking. I want it to have a personal feeling that is light and happy. My style is a little shabby chic. gap meets anthropologie. I love elements with texture and an aged feel but still polished and upscale not scrapbooky.

Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)
I am attaching an image with the colors I like but it might be missing a fourth color maybe a muted orange I can't put my finger on it. I am open to new things though if I like the concept. I need some sort of brown though.

Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
I don't have anything specific but would like an artwork or element that can become recognizable without being able to see my name. I don't want anything with my initials unless it is cool and really different.

Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business? a unique experience that is fun and personalized. I love getting to know my clients and becoming their friend.

What is your tagline or slogan?

What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?
I am unique and fun and fresh and will give you an amazing image of you child and you will love the whole process.

Where will your new logo be used?
website/blog/marketing material. I would like it be turned into a watermark and look nice on stickers and such.

Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos? I try not to worry about my competitors because that just gives me unneeded stress :)

Me and my style. I love what I do and all my clients. I feel honored that they allow me to capture their memories and don't take that lightly. I try to make the process fun and painless.

Nutscreative-I wanted a little more than #1. I don't care for that font.
#2 is closer to what I have in mind but I don't care for that font either. The element needs more detail. Also I prefer my name in one color.

Orangemonkey-I do like where that is going I like the detail around the oval but the flower and need more detail maybe a more vintage feel. like it is weathered not so many straight lines. Also a different font. I don't care for the fonts.

Orangemonkey-I do like the changes and closer to what I am looking for. I think the oval is still a little formal looking to me. Also is there a way to make the leaf looking thing less formal and more friendly.

Glyphica-I really like that. Is there a way to make the flower more antique and real looking. Maybe put it on the side rather than on top. I like my name all lower case though. Maybe a little softer.

Version 5 -I like the flower but is there a placement that is better so it doesn't look like it is just plopped on top. I like the font more but could I see it with something a little more simple. I find it a little hard to read.

Version 7- I am really loving this flower. Could I see it on the side rather than on top. Also I don't like that font. Could I see something else. And maybe a little more detail in the middle of the flower. I love the detail on the edges though!!!

Version 8-I really love the element. But again don't care for the fonts. I wonder if you could vintage it up just a little. I don't know if that would look good. I do really like it though.

Offbeat-I really love the font for my name. Really like it...I wonder how it would look all lower case. Photography is a little blocky and modern looking for me. Also I am not feeling the element. It is too hard for my style.

Version 10-I like the purple area in the flower but the inside looks sloppy to me. Could you make it look like the flower in post #10 on the right. The font is still not me. I don't want a font that is popular or common

Version 11 I like the sloppy border but can't decide which I prefer the sloppy or straight. The top font is not me. The bottom one is closer..I like the hand written look. Can I see it in all lower case. Also it has gaps and like letter to be connected. I think I like the photography to be a different simple font from the name.

Orangmonkey-thanks for the revisions. I think the oval is just too formal for what I am going for. The element in version 3 is not really me. I wanted more flowery.

Deanna-I like the element. Any chance I could see it with more space between the details. It looks a little cluttered. Also I don't like the how it looks cracked it is a little much. Maybe a hand painted feel. oh also can I see it with photography in a not cursive font.

Orangemonkey-I like the inside of the element. The purple would be nice if it stretched out around a little more and was not so perfect. I am not feeling my name though but I like the little dots under photography. that is a nice touch. I like the leaves and the colored feel.

Version 14 - Like the element but am not crazy about the yellow/green color but I know that can be changed easily. I like my name on the bottom one but still don't care for the photography

Offbeat-Love my name in the cursive on both but am not feeling the element. I happen to see one that you did in another post with two birds a mom and a baby kissing. I loved that one. Any chance I could see something with that feeling. Doesn't have to be birds.

I love the flower and my name but I feel like it is missing a tiny little bit. Maybe some more color (a third color?) and an extra little detail or extra element that matches the flower.

I am not feeling the butterfly.

In Final1b I like the extra touches but can I see it with out the dotted line at the top above the sunflower and without the one at the bottom by the leaf. I prefer the dot in the middle the same color. Also can you move the flower to the left and down a little just to have a little more space between the flower and my name.

In the file that I get can I change the colors. I think I want something with a little more punch.

Oh i like the flower bigger. My only concern is that photography and my name are a little too far apart. Anyway to fix that. I dont' know if something in the middle or shifting photography to the left side. I am not sure...what do you think.

Any chance I can see it with some of my original colors the gray to a brown and the minty green to another color.
