Project Summary:
What text should be included in the main part of the logo?
The words Black Shirt White Text should appear in the logo. I’m actually thinking of the name being blackShirtwhiteText. The website’s url is blackshirtwhitetext.com.
What type of product or service do you offer?
T-Shirts.
How long have you been in business?
Just starting up. Scheduled launch for the site is March 16.
What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity?
Establish a strong brand identity for the website and product. The logo should be able to stand along on a t-shirt and be fashionable.
What are your long term goals?
Develop a unique brand of t-shirts that offers people another method to visually express themselves in plain black and white.
When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer?

People that are interesting in sharing there thoughts, emotions, position, and ideas.
Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like?
The logo should be simple but clever and slick. It should convey that it was produced by a true professional. Like I mentioned earlier, I would love if the logo is strong enough to stand on its own in the middle of a t-shirt.
Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?)
Black and white. I would entertain a splash of color if it accents a particular feature of the logo.
Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
No specific images or icons, but I envision a logo in the shape of a square or rectangle.
Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business?
What is your tagline or slogan?
Wear what’s on your mind.
What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience?
I want the shirts to become a smart and edgy brand.
Where will your new logo be used?
On the website and on the top left corner of the shirt, a little under the left collar bone.
Competitive Positioning:
Who are your competitors and what do you think about their logos?
Not really sure.
List competitive URLs if possible
They are not a competitor but I love the way that The North Face positions their logo.
