Brochure and postcard for Boulder Creek Business Park
I'll attach some publisher pages that I worked on. The content should be used on these pages as well as an introductory from the website:

back page should have the layouts of the offices and warehouse space attached and I'll include some pictures as well. I'd like the brochure to pop with the same colors used as the logo.

Is the brochure double-sided only? (or is half-fold or tri-fold?)

Thanks Veronica. Overall I like the look and colors you used. I'll respond with some general comments that need to be updated.
Beneath my name could you add Founder and Managing Member
Reverse the headlines for page 1 and two. Page 1 should be Specializing in affordable office and warehouse space for the Frisco area. Also the 2nd page headline doesn't stand out in yellow. Can we use a different color?
Bullet point to be added
Security gates
Outdoor Storage
Boat and RV storage
The pictures on the bottom of page two need to be changed. We need a map of the location. Also, I'd like the office warehouse layouts on the back.

We need to change the pictures on the bottom of the second page and I'd like a better map of the area. The office / warehouse layout is not on the second page. We need it to be large. It's the diagram with the dimensions of the office and warehouse along with square footage and price.

Good Job -- just a few comments :
Page 1 Please remove the picture that has boulder creek business park as the heading.
Change Office / Warehouse space to Office and Warehouse Space.
Page 2
We need a call to action: Only three units left in Phase 2: Call now before you miss your opportunity at af
Remove the two pictures and make the office layout larger and legible. Can you find a better map. This one stands out but doesn't have a profesional appearance.

Hi, Please see revised attached. Front image is a boulder creek area image, the swirl is only a waterstamp for low resolution use, if you decide to go with this, i will replace with high resolution for final output. Thanks :)

Great job -- a few changes -- please remove the picture beneath the water tower .
I must have been unclear -- I'd like the picture of the front entryway to be on the front page (like it was previously)

Almost there -- can we move the call to action to the top right of the page and move down the text slightly.
I'd like to use a few more pictures on the second page. Can we use the one with the front of the office and warehouse which shows the stonework. It's above on your first proposal. I'll find another one to put in tomorrow.

Can we start working on the oversized postcard -- similar in feel -- same picture for the front -- emphasize office / warehouse space Frisco area. Remove the office layout on the back -- keep the call to action, bullet points, contact info.

And remove the second picture of the pool and landscape. Can you make the other picture larger so it takes up more space.

The size is 8.5" x 5.47".
I'd like the picture of the entrance to be much larger -- the verbage about boulder creek isn't needed for this application.
