how can I take a screen-cap of DVD footage

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this.
On my Mac I can use the Grab tool to catch avi/mpg footage, but it doesn't allow me to capture anything from a DVD.

Any software programs/tools out there that do the trick (mac or pc)?
