We are looking for a fresh look for our current website and to add an online order form. We currently have a form on our site that is PDF and printable. Although the current form is an old version we will be using a simular form, also in PDF format, to convert so it can be filled out online and e-mailed to us. Please let me know if you are interested and I will send the file to you. We also recently created a brochure with Design Outpost and will want to add this information to our site. I will also send these files. Our web address is www.orthotic.ca (http://www.orthotic.ca) and also www.internationalorthoticlabs.com (http://www.internationalorthoticlabs.com)
Thank you for your consideration.

Hi Will, This brochure is a new addition to our product line, you will want to seperate it as the Direct Milled / Pathology Specific Devices but keep the format consistant with the orthotic devices currently shown on our website. Also, we do not include any pricing on our site, just pictures, descriptions, qualities, programs and services.
Looking forward to it....

Hi Will,
Thank you for your concept. A couple things to help with our direction. I do like the top of the page, the logo looks nice. Our new catch line is "Making Great Strides". The tool bar is fine along the top as well although we are not opposed to looking at it differently. We really do not want the phylosophy paragraph on this page,we will more than likely change this, as it is getting tired. Having the products highlighted on the main page would be a good concept but we will need to rotate the products, as more of a flash or fading in and out would be nice. Maybe incorporate a lifestyle pic along with each catagory of product. We did have a couple banners made by a designer, again at design outpost, that we purchased 2 pictures for already. Maybe these would work, in some way.

Not a problem Lou-Anne, truth is I was going to work on the content as I wasn't satisfied either with the result. Thanks for the tips, they will help me achieve a better look.
Talk to you soon,

Hello,
I am interested in joining this project but I am also wondering if you need the PSD file of the design, or a coded HTML file of it as well?
Also could you provide us with some examples of websites that you like the look of?
They don't have to have anything in common with your business, it's just to see what kind of style do you like.
Thanks,
Matude
Here is the new draft. I think it looks more high tech now. Sure an animation will look great showing the products.

Hi, Which parts would be animated (changing )?:D
I think a rotating banner showing the different devices and their specifications will look very good. :D

Hi, sorry for the late response. I am not sure how or if I need the PSD or HTML files. Don't the files have to be coded to be on the web?? We are happy to see your ideas.

I think it would probably be better if the whole page was visible when it was opened up, so there is no need to scroll. Rotating product and pictures would work and then keep everything else on seperate pages.
Sorry for the delay.
Thanks
Not a problem, I will make the changes ASAP :D
Hi, I thought of the possibility of a rotating banner in the top showing the different products. This way the banner can be constantly up there giving more dynamism while the content in the subpages can extend vertically down as necesary :D

Hi Will,
I sent you a reply but I see it is not here. Sorry, I must not have sent it. This is my thought. The 2 tabs you have created will be rotating through our product catagories. These are:
Sport Orthotics
Supporting Patient performance
Standard & Flexible Orthotics
Everyday comfort for your patients
Accommodative Orthotics
Custom solutions for your diabetic and rheumatiod patients

Graphite Standard & XT Sprint Orthotics
Thin devices that offer thick benefits
TL-2100 Dress Orthotics
Patients seeking the thinnest possible material
Pathology Specific Orthotics
Direct-Milled devices
Childrens Orthotics
Special biomechanical control for those growing feet
We will need a lifstyle picture for each one. Then clicking on the tab will take you to the appropriate sub-page. We also need to have the RX order form updated and made usable on-line, as outlined in our original request. Please let me know howto send you the updated version. I also have an accreditation logo that I will send, it can go on the main page. Maybe in the top right corner. Kimber has a good copy of this, I will ask her to post it for you.
Thanks:D
Hi, Lou, not a problem, I will start looking for the images, does this mean you chose my design ? :D

Hi Will,
Some of the pictures could be used from our wesite. I am wondering how I will be able to see the rotating options??
That can be done using Flash or Java. I master flash so my first suggestion would be that one, some nice fading effect from option to option will look good. :D

Hello,
LouAnne asked me to make these logos available to you to use.
There's an Accredited logo and a 100% satisfaction logo.
There's .ai .eps and .psd in the .zip
Any issues let me know.

Hi Will, You are funny. the work goes to Will. Thank you.
Thanks, Lou. Yes, people tell me that very often. :P And in person I am worst. :D
I will prepare the changes and the rotating banner ASAP. :D
Hi, Lou, my apologizes for the delay, but I was ill and couldn't be around the computer much.
I'll have the animation ready this week, that is a promise :D
Here is the main animation. Visitors will click on the images to go to each section:
http://www.willdesigns.com.ar/DO1/index.html
Let me know if you approve the images so I will buy them.
I will code the rest of the page ASAP. Do you want to keep the top slide too ? I mean the one showing some product samples ? Or would you prefer me to remove it ? If you want me to keep it let me know which products to show (not more than 5 or the weight of the page will start to be felt).
Hi, Lisa, here is the page coded and how the animation on the top will look. Let me know which products to display there and if you aprove the images for the main animation.

Hi Will,
I think the duplication of the tool bar is a bit heavy. Instead a running line of each product catagory would work well. The top slide can be removed and replaced with the PFOLA logo , the grid and foot circle logo. I am still considering the images and will let you know. Really like the top of the page and the tabs fading in and out. I think there is enough going on. At the bottom of the page, beside the line of product catagories we should include our guarantee logo. Lets go with this and see how it looks. Also you still need to send me istructions to send the PDF of our order form so you can make it interactive on our site.
Thanks Will.:)
Not a problem, I will remove it. My email is will@creativesouls.com.ar. You can send me the pdf right there. :D
Here is the updated version of the website with the changes above:
http://www.willdesigns.com.ar/DO1/
I received the form and will work on it ASAP.:D
Here is the form in a rough format:
http://www.willdesigns.com.ar/DO1/form.html
Unfortunatelly I cannot recognize easily which options use a radiobox and which ones a checkbox. If you can assist me with this I can correct the wrong ones.
(checkboxes are the square selection options used for multiple selections under the same subject; radioboxes are the rounded ones used for single options under the same subject.)
Also let me know which text you would like to see at the top of the page. :D

Hi Lou-Anne,
No I am sorry but it can not be retreived. If you let the page sit to long like 5 to 10min it will log you out. Even if when you are typing that doesn't keep refreshing your page. When you are typing a long message before you try to post it then highlight it and copy it (you can even save it in a word doc to be real safe). I do wish I could be more help to you on this but I can't.
Abby
Hi, Lou, here are the changes:

Do not worry about the text boxes they can hold a lot of characters. The size limit is only visual not for the content.
