Audience Profile:
Please describe your existing audience
Businesses

Who would you like to add to your audience?
More businesses. But not boring businesses. Just exciting ones that will not be turned off by a fun design.

Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like?
Creative and professional

Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo?
Do NOT use a taco or a lamp. The name is a non-sequitor. Highlight our filmmaking, but just don't use a film roll.

What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business?
That we have fun and are creative but are professional.

Where will your new logo be used?
Everywhere. Print, web, T-shirts, films.

Competitive Positioning:
What sets you apart from your competitors?
We are small but talented. Young and energetic.

State a single-minded word or phrase that will appropriately describe your company:
Unique.

Here is a short film we produced for fun last month to give you an idea for our humor.

The story behind this logo is that the squares are the leafs of storyboard sticked on some wall somewhere in the film shooting place :)

Interesting concept. The green is a bit too similar to camoflauge and gives that connotation.

Also I think the stickies should be more disheveled to more accurately portray what my workspace looks like. They just look too clean and tidy. Thanks!

Hmm, not really what I'm looking for. With the stickies more disheveled it seems to be hard to read when it is big. And the less messy version looks like pixels.

v1 The distressed area is a cutout over the letters, so it can be removed if you prefer

BlueCherryGraphics: That's too plain and corporate looking.

Pracus: Too feminine and "flowery". Fun colors though.

graphxguy: I hate "Marker felt". I just recognize it as a default mac font and cant look past that. The starburst is interesting, but dwarfs the actual text and looks cropped off.

Ok I realize again I'm not really being fair by being so ambiguous. So here's what I want you to focus on:

- Movie making images can be used (cameras, etc). Just no filmstrips please. Those are so overdone, plus I shoot all digital.

- Bold. Maybe 1 or 2 colors. Vector.

- Self-contained. Not too wide or too tall.

Here's a few logos I like.

glyphica: That's the one! I love it. I'm don't think I'm going to have any changes.

giant: Even though I'm not picking yours, just had to comment that I did really like yours too, and it does embody the spirit of my business but I just not quite brave enough to go that route. But it did make me smile :)

Many thanks to everyone who participated. It was exciting!
