Hi graphxguy- Thank you for entering your design! I think the r is a little too whimsical but I like the lower case letters for my name.

Hi Glyphica-I love what you have done with 'reed' and 'photography'. I'm on the fence about 'lea'. I feels very balanced but I not fond of the the font. Also I'm wondering how it will look will reds, purples and oranges.

Hi Lea,

The "Lea" is hand drawn. I was trying to make it more personal than just a font.

Do you have any examples of logos you like or maybe tell us of any ideas you had as far as images?

I think that would help out a lot :)

Thanks,
Stephanie

Hi Stephanie,
Any guidance is appreciated as to what will help you with the logo, so thank you.
BTW- your hand writing is very nice. My handwriting was stunted back in the 1st grade so I always appreciate those few souls who have a graceful stroke. Anyway...

I can't figure out how to paste but I liked Version 1 that you did for Claire 'O Reagan here:
http://www.designoutpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19053
Something with a thin stroke and a little more loose. My photography is often very loose, bordering on a little too unrefined.

Hi Taldo,
I really like the orange. The box feels a little too masculine for me. Maybe a circle or something with rounded edges. How about a cursive or signature style font for the lr.

Stephanie- I think were getting closer..the lr looks like a br
I feel like I should ditch the lr. It's just doesn't seem to be working.

Preston-the lr seem a little too guyish.

I've attached a few more images:
this one for the colors:

Here's another image. Can you design a logo from a pair of shoes? I like the combination of colors and that they are funky, clunky and frumpy. I guess that's what I wanted with the sloppy font.
