(Admin code added by Palmer - B9513649)
Hello Designers,
I need a logo for an online business that will offer online portals to families.
Basically family web sites for people who don't want to do it themselves.
This logo is going to be used as the header on the web site which is not active right now. The name is "RelativeWeb.com". Once the logo is done, I’ll have to do a separate contest for the template.
I have absolutely no ideas about the logo design or colors because I only picked the domain name because all the others I tried were not available. I do want it to be something that brings across the idea that I sell family portals though. Lets try professional but not corporate, if that makes sense.
I don't have a catchy tag line so "Family Web Portals" will have to do I guess; unless you can think of something witty.
Feel free to ask me questions.
Thanks
Larry

Hello Micheal,
What a pleasant welcome. The answers are $75.00 and Yes. If I errored in the directions somewhere, please let me know.
I also sent you a private message earlier because the forum was telling me I did not have permission to post.
Thanks,
Larry

Thanks for the designs Ed and Bill both are very good.
Ed:
I like the lower one the most. Could you please remove the last line. Can you adjust the size of the family. Make them a little smaller; also, by their proportions, they look kinda like two men and a baby ;) . Maybe adjust the size of one of them.
Bill
I liked the last Ed created because of the colors. So I guess I would have to admit that I like earth tones. Greens, Tans , Blues etc. but not Orange. Can you use a more abstract family image?
Thanks, I wish I was as talented as you two are.

Thanks Ed,
Please do one more thing on this theme then I want to try another approach.
Use the RelativeWeb title box from the second image and use it on the last image with the two people and the baby.
I was speaking with one the developers and he mentioned how he thought of the application as a way of extended families having "a family reunion on the web". So grandma in Texas can login and connect with son in Canada. Relatives being able to keep in touch and stay connected.
Hopefully there is a way to visualize that theme.
Thanks
Larry

Mark,
Thanks for your entry. I really like it. Can you show me different fonts. Also can you change the color of the word "web" as well. Generally, keep the theme but play around with it creatively.
Thanks
Larry
Here's some alternatives. :)
Nice, Mark!! I love that idea.

Thanks Doug for your design. The only one that I like is the middle one. Can you make it smaller and clean up the design more.
Mark: Yours are cool. No need for change.
I will be ending this contest Monday. If there are more ideas, please post by then.
Thank you.
