MileKeeper is being launched in the emerging pay-as-you-drive ("PAYD") insurance market.


Project Summary:
What text should be included in the main part of the logo? The Company name: MileKeeper. maybe the tagline: such as "Making PAYD Possible" or something better as we come up with it


What type of product or service do you offer? MileKeeper is a technology solutions provider that provides automated vehicle driving information, such as the total number of miles driven, to the automobile insurance industry along with consulting services, telematics solutions and turnkey systems that enable rapid adoption of pay-as-you-drive insurance programs by insurance companies.

How long have you been in business? 1 yr

What do you hope to accomplish with your new identity? start developing a new brand identity in the emerging pay-as-you-drive auto insurance market.

What are your long term goals? be an industry leader and trusted advisor in the pay-as-you-drive automobile insurance industry - the telematics and consulting experts.

When is the deadline for final entries before choosing a designer? Mar 15 2010

Please describe your existing audience: Automobile Insurance Companies and Software Solution Providers that server the auto-insurance industry

Who would you like to add to your audience? NA

Perception/Tone/Guidelines:
What type of logo would you like? catchy, name based, fast-forward, momentum, simple, easy, green

Do you have any colors in mind for your logo? (if so, why?) green as the company has environmental and cost saving benefits

Do you have any specific images or icons in mind that you would definitely like to see incorporated into your logo? driving, road, mileage, forward thinking etc.

Communication Strategy:
What attributes would you like your logo to reflect about your business? green, fresh, trusted, easy

What is your tagline or slogan? its a work in progress with current contenders of: "Making PAYD Possible". but still need to finalize

What is the overall message you are trying to convey to your target audience? MileKeeper is the industry leading expert for insurance companies looking to begin offering pay-as-you-drive insurance programs

Where will your new logo be used? website, marketing collateral, business cards

MileKeeper is "green" company that benefits consumers and society with lower insurance costs, less driving, less pollution, less traffic congestion, less dependence on oil. fewer greenhouse gasses and consumer cost savings

Let's drop the tagline "Making PAYD Possible" and go without a tagline in the image.

Also, dev website in process at: www.milekeeper.info See existing homegrown logo and website theme.

I'm going to extend the date til next Sun.
