We are a group of 3 women who will run a training service about the DISC system. The DISC system helps to define who we are as people. It helps us to understand why we think, feel and communicate in a particular manner, and more importantly helps us to identify the same thing in others. With this knowledge we hope to empower people to communicate better with their clients, prospects and even family and friends. Our service will comprise a range of products which will include downloadable reports, programs and in-house training. Our primary message that we want to get across is that we help people how to recognise and put the pieces together/understand who they are, how they interact with others, and how to integrate successfully in any given situation with any type of person.<o:p></o:p>

Hi we have just had the header of our website revised with our pictures. Here is what it will look like. The logo will replace the words "post it" in the top left-hand corner. I hope this helps with the logo design.

This colour is great and works well, although we would be open to any other interpretation that fits with our website.

The design does not sit well on its own, and is lost on the website. It needs more power to it, more clarity of what we do. The putting together of a puzzle, answering the questions of communication, finding the hot button to motivation, working together in harmony, its unlocking the key to communication.

Hi Nordy, we liked our ideas, but we think that our service is a bit more. Even though we do improve communication skills, it is more about understanding self and the other person that makes this happen. We are hoping that you can take the idea of understanding you and others and expand on this. Gosh I hope that made sense.

Artemi, no this doesn't appeal to us. The concept is that what we teach will help you to understand yourself, as if you are pulling all the pieces of the puzzle of you and truly understanding who you are and why you do the things the way you do. You can then apply this to others and this helps you to communicate better with them.

Hi Pracus

This has captured something, we like this one the most so far. Rather than surprise indicated around the head, we are thinking question marks or something to indicate questioning or the need for answers. Also my colleague thinks the green is too remote a colour. If you can pull a colour from one of our caricutures we think this will tie in better, or use the grey from the webpage.

This is rather "eureka!" or joy around the head but as we can see it depends on the interpretation (and maybe this is good) :)
The idea was that the person found all of their pieces thanks to you. I will post revision soon.

Hi Pracus, thanks for making contact. Things went crazy here for a bit and we were distracted (a good crazy though :-) )

Yep we love your revised logo. We will go with what you have got. The only addition I would make is to add a smaller version of the figure over the "u" with them fitting the jigsaw piece back into their side, and with the eureka symbols around the head (as you had it before).

The impression is to represent a before and after. I am not sure if the other guys on the team will go for this, but I like it and as long as you provide in an editable format, i.e. maybe .psd file, then I can remove and add as I see fit.

I will look at this later today, and go through the motions of accepting your design and getting the monies transferred over to you.

So do you want me to prepare the files?
Of course all is editable - PSD as well as vector files like Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw which I recommend for logo purposes because we don't loose the quality while scalling up and down :)
