Howdy All, (Admin code added by Palmer - 803883D)

I need a logo for BodyRank.com (http://www.bodyrank.com)

Some Random Notes: It would be awesome if it matched the color scheme that is already in place. (I'm lazy and don't want to change it from the default ;) ) Although if it is a really cool logo I would change it around.
I am picturing a little cartoon person standing next to the words.
Ideally it would be around 161x60, I'm thinking a little bit larger then that. (The size given is the "Image Vote" logo that is currently on it)
Well I think I covered everything. I will try and be around frequently to post feedback (unlike my last contest :unsure: )

Nope, its just going to be on the site so a standard image is all good...

Marina- The hand isn't working for me. I don't think it gives a good representation of the site.

Sparkie- I found you first one a tad too simple for me. The second is better, but the guy reminds me of a Security Guard.

I hope that was enough feedback. The minimal color cobinations are what I am looking for so you guys all got that right :)

Just putting my 2 cents in here, hopefully Dan won't mind. :D The site that he's developing is similar to the web site here (http://www.hotornot.com/). Basically it's an opportunity to "rank" the person who uploads their photo to the site. The script that it's based on can be found here (http://www.imagevote.com/demo/). I think the logo should reflect that in some way. Maybe a rating scale or an ugly cartoon and a pretty cartoon with a 1 and a 10 under them. Perhaps some kind of gradient from cold to hot?

Just shooting out some ideas :)

Palmer thanks for making your comments. You hit it right on the head. I was looking for something that represents the site but wasn't able to word it right.

This one is a tad too big for me. I like the star concept but the font isn't doing much for me.

I like what you have done. Although it took me a while to figure out the "curves". I like the thermometer, its a nice touch.

Of your three the top one is the best. I like the logo with the different shapes. I don't know how you could make it better...

Guys the thermometer idea was used by Peter, that was kind of his idea first :) Let's try to come up with different ways to indicate a scale or rank. Maybe a bar graph, I don't know you're the experts. Remember to read the rules :)
