Header Graphic for a new site! *Project Over*

Gretings friends! Here is my 1st contest with you fine folks. Very easy guidelines. Here is the 411


Site is www.NotalentAssClowns.net

Site objective- forum and news site where fans can bash and explain why they hate certain artist. I guess its the anti-fan site for popular music. Not only is bad music discussed but bad politics as well!

Size- Site is a hybrid PHPBB based portal system called Minerva. So size can be almost anything as the code can be changed accordingly. Nothing too big but nohing too small is the best I can recommend.

I dont have real ideas as to what I want becuse this site is pretty unique. Colors should be relative to the current scheme.

ideas can include pics of pop culture icons and shady political figures with a background. I want to avoid looking cheesy but show me what you got and lets get redy to make fun of all our favorite stars!!

im sure I screwed something up since this is my 1st post so please forgive me and ill fix it as we go along. im sure Palmer will notify me accordingly

You might want to raise your price to draw attention. The design team are professionals with years of experiences. I believe this is the lowest priced contest I've ever seen. Anyways, Good luck for having an entry Matt! :blink: :unsure:

So all you need is a graphical header for the site that you have posted Matt?
Only graphic, no buttons, links, etc?

If so, I am thinking on some drawing faces with the pencil... scanned and uploaded... let me know.

No it's not considered a Charity Case since it his organization is not a non-profit. Just a young kid with not a lot of money who needs a nice graphic. I think if anyone could help him, it would be a nice gesture. Not everyone can afford our recommended minimums.

It's not the place of the Design Team to question publicly whether an amount offered is worthy of their attention. Yes we are all professionals who make more than what Matt offered, but that doesn't negate the fact that he is a client of Design Outpost and should be treated respectfully. It does say on this site that they decide what to offer. It's up to you whether you enter or not. $20 might be all he has in his piggy bank, give him a break. :D

well I am open to ideas but the simple pencil drawing is not what I envision but feel free to give it a shot. I am not sure how it will look and blend with the current theme but feel free to enter the contest :) You guys are talented so go for it and lets see!! :tup:

Carlos thats not bad at all, its in the right direction. Maybe adding a few more musical celebrities might help. I dont think the Menu bar needs to be included since I dont know hot to integrate it into the current php nuke environment. The logo itself its very creative but the spacing is a bit off.

I was waiting for a few more entries but I guess that wont happen after all.

I am a bit dissapointed with the lack of turnout but I guess $$$ talks and it wasnt enough for most people, I would like to thank those who did enter and its hard to decide but I have chosen Carlos as the winner!!!
