cannot post new logo contest

I was unable to start a new logo contest today. It looks as if it is not possible to get a connection to the paypal website. Do you know if it is currently working or not?

Hmmm, that's odd. I'm on PayPal right now sending money to one of our winners. Maybe one of the networks is down. I'll trust you, go ahead and post your contest on the forum and I'll add the code when PayPal goes back online and I receive your payment.
