DUE Tuesday, Feb. 23rd. 10:00 PM EST. Yes, this one is an EMERGENCY. Need to run the menu on Wednesday morning. Due to the quick due-date nature of this project, I will need people who can quickly reply and make changes. It cannot wait a day or two.
I need this "low carb" menu RE-DONE as a "seafood menu". Here is the sample:
http://www.swiftglobal.com/temp/menubig.jpg (in this sample, the rounded box actually continues down below, with more pictures under it, but my scanner isn't big enough).
Size required: 8.5 (width) x 14 (height) in INCHES.
You can use a similar design, or change it if you would like. As for the text, you may write anything, I will fix it later (I have Photoshop).
I think I'd prefer to use the same green color.
The MOST important change are the photos. I need to use pictures of seafood. However, these pictures cannot be of a SPECIFIC plate, because customers will think that is what my plate looks like. In other words, you may use GENERAL pictures of shrimp, fish, etc... but not a specific plate showing a kind of shrimp meal.
This project is more of a photo hunt than anything. I will probably choose the menu with the highest-quality, best looking picutres of seafood. Of course, the design matters too. Remember, please use general photos, and not specific plates that a restaurant has offered. A nice close of up shrimp, for example, would be a great one.
