Extreme Green turf management - $150

Hello all
My name is Scott and I am a solo operator of a small lawn service. I am looking for my first Logo :huh:

This will be going on my white 2002 F350 ford crew cab (like the truck below), White Side boards, White Enclosed trailer, business cards, Teeshirts, letterhead and one day a web site so ill need all formats.

Here is what I'm looking for in the design

I pretty much just want text. NO trees or grass :tdown: I would love to see this in the colors from orange red to light and dark green. I would like to see the X in extreme to be a bit bigger then the rest of the text & turf management in smaller bold text below extreme green. I really want to stand out from the crowd of LCO's in my town so go crazy

I like where you have started maybe lighten up the green some seems way to dark.
also try it with the X black & and instead of green in the other fonts try the colors like the pic I posted above & the turf management black

I know you didnt want grass, but its not a typical representation of grass, plus it works perfectly as a stylised "x".

I kind of like the style the other designers are going with the big blocky type fonts. I am open to what ever way you go but dont want to waste your time with something I dont care for. So maybe try some other fonts with it outlined in black

I would just like text no borders. I like the "X" but the angled font I really dont care for and turf management needs to be larger. I want people that dont know me to know what I do

I would like EXTREME GREEN to be in caps. I like the last one you posted with the bigger font. Now start tweaking it BOLDER outline and tweak the colors seems bland

Not crazy about any of those "X"s. I really do like the main part of what you have so far. I would like the chrome affect or shinney affect taken out. keep messing with it maybe make the "X" a bit smaller so its not so over powering.
Maybe even try making the "X" the same size and font as the main body. Let me see the "X" that you did in blue BLACK

I think the slanted font you used on your second post was probly where we should have started tweaking. Looking back you were right on I think. Lets try it with that slanted font again lower case but with the colors you have used now on the last one you have just posted.

Can you guys sart to number these it will make it much easier to comment on them

If you would like to try some differnt fonts that would be cool. I think it looks real nice now. I will leave that up to you. I can see where doing this online designing could be vary addictive :D I am having a blast so far just waiting to see what all of you are going to come up with.

When I first seen the slanted font I did not much care for it but the more I look at it it does flow. Maybe start tweaking the colors some. I am not real crazy about that green in the "X"

I tried it horizontally but it seems too long, I'd have to reduce the type too. I also don't know what parts of the truck you are willing to get the decal placed on. Also, will this design alow for gradient fills or will this be a one colour sticker?

I am gunna go all out and spend a few bucks on this sticker so yes gradient fills I think are a must. It will really make it stand out. My truck has side moldings on it the same color as the truck so im not sure how difficult placing it over them would be.

I must say I really like that. I would be placing the sticker right where you have placed it

I like what you have started with and that you worked around the moldings. I think they would or will be a real pain to remove without screwing up the paint. That being said I really don't care for the black circle. I do like the colors you have choose. Can you please try a few different styles of "X"

I am going to post a picture of my truck tomorrow that will be of a better quality and have the exact size of the side of my truck. Also Monday I am going to make a trip to a couple signage firms to see exactly what they can do as far as going over the moldings

I stopped by a body shop today and they said they could remove moldings no prob :) so we don't have to worry about them
I also stopped by a signage place and they will do the sticker digital. So what ever colors you come up with will work

Can't the sign place remove them? A little heat and some prepsol. :)
