Hello all,

I have an existing .bmp and jpg image that I need turned into a vector file format .eps, or .ai for hi-rez printing.

The Logo:
<img src='http://www.apsco-appliances.com/images/LogoColored_old_S.png' border='0' alt='user posted image' />

the correct curves of the "S" ends:
<img src='http://www.apsco-appliances.com/images/servlogo.gif' border='0' alt='user posted image' />

The logo can be one color.

>>>>>>IMPORTANT <<<<<<<<<<<

Logo must look like the current logo (TOP). This has been in use for a long time.
Please do not try and update it. It must keep the current look.

The curves on the "S" should curve toward the other "P" & "C" a little more.
Kind of like in the second image, but not so skinny of an "S" for the letter.

I hope this makes sense.

If you can re-create this as an eps/vector file, using paths, then the jobs is yours.

FIRST person to post an acceptable logo wins.

Thanks, and Godspeed.

Vince

Hi All,

One of you will get the money for this.

I've sent the images for review, and I hope to have an answer tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay, but I'll have the answer soon.

Congrats to Cadii! :tup:

Thanks for your help. There are only a few adjustments to make
and the logo will be perfect.

1. Drop the top "MAJOR APPLIANCE" a little bit to even out the white space.

2. Even the space on the ends between the "a" and the "o". The right side by the "o" is a little tighter.

3. A little extra blue space between the letters. Closer to the space between "a" & "p".
When the "c" & "o" are too close it can look like apsoo..

Then, how do I get this file from you? This is vector art, using paths right? An .eps will be great.

I can PM you FTP info. Thanks again.

Great! :D

Thank you.

I will make the adjustments later today and have final art for you to view this evening, if that is OK.

I can post the artwork on my server once you sign off.

BTW, you can reach me direct at cdiedrich@comcast.net

Vince,

Sorry, my server is very particular about capitalization and I somehow all caps the ZIP extension. It is fixed now!
