FIDELITY CAPITAL GROUP-LOGO DESCRIPTION


Fidelity is a new financial services company, which puts buyers and sellers of financial instruments together. You might think about it as a brokerage firm in
terms of the company function.

The image to be portrayed is an INSTITUTION of sophistication, strength and
super successful, financially very solid and trustworthy. Think MERRIL LYNCH
or PAINE WEBBER, major stock brokerage firms of the future yet happening now.

Please do not do cartoon or slapstick so you need to convey the warmth and friendliness of the institution but without the use of humor.

We plan to use the logo on our letterhead, business cards and as a corporate seal for documents plus ultimately as a logo on our website. The colors are open for you to determine as relates to the design you create consistent with the image to
be portrayed.

Hello...here is a concept. Now keep an open mind about this concept. I used a dog because sometimes in the past in Renaissance art...a dog would be used in paintings to represent "Fidelity"...where we get the common dog name "Fido". Just thought I would try this in your logo. Let me know of any revisions you would like.
