I have a new contest going.

Business Name: Academic Financial Solutions. (AcademicFinancial.com)

Business Service: School loan reconsolidation.

Target market: Recent college grads

Colors: Blue, Green, Gray. (maybe yellow as highlights?)

Concept ideas: College/University Icons, Graduation Cap, diploma, Bank, $, etc.
Icon should be recognizable without the Academic Financial text in logo.
Academic Financial is open to your ideas for text treatment. Again, Univ./College/Banking look.

Please add Solutions to the name. The Business name is "Academic Financial Solutions". Want to try to emphasize the "Financial Solutions"

Mowling: I like the center logo with name off to the right. Please rework the name and font for another try. Whatever you think is great. Also, please you try a version that replaces the yellow with green.

Paula 23: For “the guy”, can you try and add some personality/depth to him. Make him a little more dominant in the logo. For lack of a better phrase – make him more memorable. And, can he work in other poses?

well, I think the morter board needs a bit of work, as yet, but I wanted to show you what I had in mind in terms of the typography--simple, grey, and blue with bits of the type connecting together.
