Youth Ministry Logo Contest $100

I need a logo for a youth ministry we are launching August 04. The name of the the group is "Freedom Youth Ministries." We will be targeting both jr and sr high. It is based on Galations 5:1 "It is for freedom that Christ has set you free."

We want to include a key in a prominant format. Maybe a teen holding the key that is used for the letter F. I am open to color format at this time but want it to captivate the teens attention.

I would also like to see a "Powered By Freedom" version that we will use for our website. I would prefer the delivery of the logo in an .eps and .tiff format.

This contest will run through Saturday, April 3 at 11:59 pm. The contest will be awarded on Sunday, April 4th NLT 4pm.

I have gone through the entire gallery of every designer looking for examples of ideas/concepts that my daughter and I like. I was very impressed with the quality of materials here, and know we will be back often. Hopefully these examples will assist you in the logo expression I am looking for. Because the name Freedom Youth Ministries is so long, you can focus on the word FREEDOM and don't have to use the words youth ministry . Freedom is the name we are building around anyway. Additionally, for our website, it will need to say "Powered by (add freedom logo)".

Sorry folks I was locked out when I was switched from the non profit logo area to the regular logo area. Thanks to Mr. Palmer, he rectified it for me.

Guys the logos are taking shape nicely. My web layout guy has the prototype website up (just template right now). You can only navigate between the pages, no links work. Freedom.as is the website. The temporary site login is {Visitor} and the pw is {letmein} no brackets, use the uppercase V. That is one of the primary places the logo will be utilized.

I would also be curious on your feedback of the site as well.

Moz- Can you change the font so it doesn't have such a Goth look? Like the keyhole concept. Outside the box concept. Nice

WWWZone- Received favorable comments. Concept is pretty stable. Still trying to figure out if I would change anything with it. Is there anything you would change? What woud it be?

Mowling- Received favorable comments. Please remove the shadowing behind the "youth ministries" words and reduce the 3D effect somewhat to provide a more "professional" effect. Someone said it was too coarse.

ArtHouse. Recieved favorable comments. Still assessing what I would change. Look back late afternoon for more comments.

Art House: Like I said before, it's a good design. There is something about the key. After looking at it, I realized it's the back of the key that is distracting from the overall design. Can you remake the back of the key to not be so distracting? Thanks,

Again, great job.

I would like to get the last version from you, where the youth ministries has no 3d/shadow effect. Not the angle version but the straight horizontal version. If possible can you send the original version with the silver lettering and red "O"? I think that's and awesome one that would stream well on the front or back of a t-shirt.

Per the original request,

If you took out the words "youth ministries" at the bottom and put "powered by" above the logo, left justfied using the same font as youth minitries, that should work.

As far as additional formats I would like it in besides the .eps, .ai, .jpeg, and .gif, I would also like it in .tiff as well.

After this is completed and we want additional stuff done, what is the protocol? Can I contact you directly? I need to get a couple of more logos done, Norskies.com and Waunakee.net- both are just domain pointers to the Freedom.as website, but have instant connections with the youth in our communities.
