Basic 3 Column Design Template Needed $130 *Project Over*

Hi guys!

I need a layered PSD Photoshop template (or another graphics program, so long as the layers can be imported into Photoshop) for a subdivision community network site.

I'd like it to be similar (layout-wise) to www.newportonthelevy.com . There need to be four tabs along the top - Home, About Us, Communities, and Contact.

There also needs to be a login form area for username and password access.

The background color (at least for the header of the site where the logo is), is #00285B . The text color should be #7DB8EC and the second color (to be used however you'd like) is #72B599 (can be lighter or darker if you want).

Deadline is one week - April 7th.

Hi DesignGeneral,

The only things I would suggest on your entry would be to give the left side a little more spark -- like a curved corner between the left side and the top, and perhaps move the member area over there, and add another rounded corner to the right side.
