Shipping and Handeling

Hello,

When I went to pay for my contest that I am about to start paypal added $12.50 shipping & handeling. Was this a mistake or supposed to be added? If it wasn't a mistake you might want to add it to the site...

There's should be a 10% charge added to the invoice. It's called a shipping charge for lack of a better term. I'd like to call it a processing fee but I don't have that option. You're absolutely right I need to add that to the site I'll do that right now.
