I have a few questions.

1. You refer to them as Slides. What is the format these are presented in? Knowing helps determine the best color schemes to use.

2. Are they ever printed?

3. The samples are in HTML, if that is the format they are staying in, do they need to be coded?

3a. If they are HTML are they linked in any way, or standalone?

4. What are the dimensions of the pages and is there a specific size required?

5. Do you have the original artwork for the logos?

These would apply to all 4 pages, including the advertisement.

Thanks!

Hello, here are the answers to your questions.

1. You refer to them as Slides. What is the format these are presented in? Knowing helps determine the best color schemes to use.

We have them in HTML because we were dispalying them on an internal website. The best format would be PDF as long as we can maintain the look of the html page. This is for demonstration purposes.

2. Are they ever printed?
These will be printed. We will convert all of these into a PDF.

3. The samples are in HTML, if that is the format they are staying in, do they need to be coded?
There will be no need for coding.

3a. If they are HTML are they linked in any way, or standalone?
I sent them in HTML format to show the seperate cells, and how we have it setup.

4. What are the dimensions of the pages and is there a specific size required?
The size of the page is how the page appears in the HTML format. We would like each slide to be printable on a 8.5 / 11

5. Do you have the original artwork for the logos?
Unfortunitly I do not. We do not have to use the original logos or names. This is just for demonstration purposes so we would like to show how we can be creative with the space around the 1 large video image on the screen

Sussmal,

I have some additional questions, now that I have opened the files.

Do you want the colored table boxes to stay those colors and just change the text? Are the tables, as they are set up the way they have to stay? I know the video cell must be the same size, but is there any flexibility on the other ones?

You mentioned that we don't have to use the original logos or names. So, we can create new logos and use different pictures if it suits the design?

I understand these are for demonstration purposes. Does it matter what the final product capabilities are? What I am getting at is that I can create graphics and nice looking text for a demo page, but it won't be editable in HTML or any other program when the final product is produced.

I hope I am not making this out to be harder than it should be. I guess I am trying to understand what the system is that is being demonstrated and how the final product will be done so that it can emulate the demonstration pages properly. Or maybe I shouldn't worry about it.

These are all good questions ;)

You can change the table colors to anything you like. Just make the whole page look real professional.

The cells can change size as long as the layout of the whole page looks the same in the end. If it helps to create new cells, then go for it. I guess I would need to see an example to really understand what you are thinking.

When you say it will not be editable in HTML, will it still look like what I have provided you? If you are adding new images and changing the cell colors, could we not duplicate this if we designed this in HTML? I am not sure what your mean here.

Feel free to ask away as I would like this to be a smooth process. The slides that you have are displayed on an internal network. So they are actually made via html. THe final product could be a pdf because we are using this for a slide show demonstration for managment on what our capabilites our.

sussmal,

Ok, here is the first page. I would like you to look before I proceed. What I did was created the page in both a GIF file so you could see it as a graphic and also as a coded HTML page so you could see how it would look on screen if it were coded. Of course, I understand the demo versions will be the higher quality graphics, but I wanted you to see how it could be pretty close with the right coding.
