[Project Complete] Simple Sign, Quick Deadline

Hi, I volunteer with a local animal shelter and we are getting a new sign donated to us for the front of the building. We have tried laying it out ourselves but haven't come up with anything good. I'm hoping that someone can come up with something aesthetically pleasing.

The sign is 6' wide by 3' high.
Our logo is attached. (NOTE: I am attaching a jpg of the logo now. I have a higher quality TIFF on another computer that I will upload tonight.)
We are not married to any particular fonts.
It will be white background with black and/or blue text and graphics. We can do both black and blue if we want.

Not sure what else can be done to snaz it up, maybe a pawprint or two?

I'd love to have this decided upon by the end of this week, 7/22 or 7/23... can anyone help me out? :) I also don't know what format I need it in, I will contact the sign store that is donating it. I assume a PDF or something will be fine.

Hi!

I apologize to be out of touch on this, and thank you all very much for giving me your ideas.

We have decided to go with Carl's design for our sign, and have some requested modifications.

Carl, do you think you could try variations of the following:
1) Making the font size of "Danbury Animal Welfare Society" all the same size? We're not sure if that will throw off the look, but would like to see how it appears.

2) Adding a second color (blue) for some element(s) of the sign.

3) Dropping the www and having the web address just be "daws.org"

I'm so sorry for taking so long to get back to this. We passed your design around our last board meeting and everyone loved it. Can you please forward to me the final files... err.. I don't even know what format I need it in. Maybe send me whatever formats a sign store usually can use?
