Realtor Logo *Project Over*

Since I’m with a Broker, I want to use their print and web colors (below)
but have a logo that I could easily change the colors on if I switched brokers
or opened my own brokerage. I'd like to have Palm Trees incorporated if possible. But, open to ideas.

The logo will be used on everything including;

websites
print media
bus stop benches
stationery
biz cards
etc.

Needs to work well in color or b/w.

I have to use the KW logo (below)<br>http://apexity.com/images/misc/kw.gif as well on all advertising that I do.

hello,

i originally started with a design of palm trees (gray trunks, and red palms, to fit the colour scheme), but eventually took the trunks out.

doing so left these flower shapes, which still communicate a tropical feeling, and smoothly compliment the more straight edged mood of the text.

if you would like to see it with the tree trunks, or if you would like me to make any revisions to this design, just let me know.

Hi, and thanks for the quick reply.

The client is pretty set on Palm trees, if they're possible. They are a hobby of his, as well as a symbol of our florida area.

I'd like to see the ideas..

I like the house and palm tree combination.. but there's too much detail in the palm tree..

Samoylof: Client likes the logo and boldness, but there is no house to represent real estate.


Buginjar: Can you make the name stand out more.. a bit more bolder, or bolder font. Logo is nice.
