Logo for Referral Service *Project Over*

We need a logo for our start-up company called "Mention Me". Our URL is mentionme.com. We would consider logos with .com in the name, or without. We would also consider combining the words Mention and Me into one word or any variation on capitalization, etc...

Things we like: red black and white, checkered patterns, new vw bugs with our logo on the side, bouncy, energized, funky, expressing motion, whispering (as in, mentioning me!), megaphones... We are really open to anything, but it has to be good!! ;)

We will tentatively close this contest on Friday, Aug 6 if we have enough responses. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for starting us off :cool: I've enjoyed your work in other contests, so I'm excited to see how this one will progress...

I really like your entry, I think its a great take on the name and the concept. I really like the way you treated the wording with the checkered look.

My initial criticism is that I think it looks a little flat and I'm not crazy about the people's head shapes. Can you try to make it pop a little more?

We like these a lot... here are some comments from the client:

1) We'd like to see .com included, just for comparison's sake
2) We'd like to see different combinations of upper and lower case instead of all upper-case
3) We'd like to see hints of orange or yellow or another color added to give the image depth
4) If it would be possible to communicate that the business is a referral service for home /small business remodeling type projects, that would be cool, but this is a last priority.

I think adding in the third color really helps. The guys w/ ties are really a clever image but I think wrong for this project.

Can we lose the businessmen and maybe add in something more abstract ? I like the house, if you can keep playing with that, it would be great... Also, I like the idea of a bouncing ball.

Alexander- This is definitely moving in a great direction. The client thinks that the house looks too much like an arrow. Can you redefine it to look a bit more like a house?
