hello,
Actually am looking for someone can design a web site like ibplanet.com but with the oreginal color for invision board blue color.

I have a forum and it is support forum for the people who are in my country who don't speak english .actually i just translate mods and skins for them and i want to have a site like ibplanet that i can show in the first page skins and mods like ibplanet.com and also the last posts and the login

if some one can design it pls let me know how much it costs
