I need some help with a logo for my Pet Sitting business.

My business name is My Furry Friends Pet Sitting.

I gonna use the logo for clothing, business cards, letter heads, signs on my car... and so on.

I want something cute, but not to cute:) I love the dog on the fedex trucks.

I would like a dog and a cat in the picture. maybe some paws in the pictures somehow.

I also saw a dog who carried a leash in his mouth, I loved that.

Because of the printing costs, please try to keep the numbers of colors down.

I love the colors purple and yellow, but open to others to!

The last day will be august 15th. And the prize is $100.00

I liked the blue orange picture better. Im not crazy about the font. Could you change it to more softer font?? and also if you could do something about their smiles...

Try to put My Furry Friends like a half circel above their heads and pet sitting underneath the picture.

If you have any other ideas or pictures. I would be more than happy to see them.

First of all, I must say that putting the text in a circle is not a good idea at all. I bet there are a ton of articles about this topic in designers magaznies, it's just considered a bad tone, and here's why.. Most people of the Western Civilization (I believe, 99.9% of them), read left to right since the very first day they could read their very first word in their very first book, and we should not force them to read in any other way. Why? Because your logo must be EASY to read, EASY to remember and EASY to understand. People don't like to sweat over something.. Imagine the logo on a side of your car, would it be easy to read for someone who's standing on a roadside and you pass them by at 40 miles per hour? I doubt. Even if they will notice the logo itself for its cuteness, they wouldn't be able to read something written in a circle. So, I would HIGHLY recommend to forget about text written in circles, triangles and spirals. ;) Let's make it easy for your potential customers - left to right, just like they read since their childhood. :)

OK, here's a couple of softer fonts and revised smiles. Please let me know what you think.

What kind of dog you would like to see? Some exact breed? Or a different style? More cartoonish like the first concept? Or the same style but a different breed? May be you can provide a few reference pictures of a dog you'd like to see?

I really like the picture and the dog, but dont like the dogs face. If you gonna try with another dog, i do want something similar like a golden retriever or dalmatian.

In this picture I prefer not a cartoonish dog

the only picture I can think of is on the website, www.afriendinthewoods.com its a white dog with a leash in his mouth.

Also got a question for you. As far as the yellow in the lettering, do you think that will be hard to see?? do you think its better to do one color in my furry friends and another one in Petsitting???

Could we change font to a more happier font, like the logo I received from RadicalSEED. I didnt like the yellow green color in the word FURRY. If you could change that please.

The light purple looks a little "washed out" could we try a little darker purple or some other color.

The text was a little bit hard to read. Maybe you can give me some examples of fonts and I can pick from there??? The word Petsitting I would like bigger, or the same size as the My furry friends

The color didnt turn out that good, can you try with a dark blue dog and orange cat and make the text in black. If you have any suggestions please let me know... You're the expert!

Just want you to know, I might need to extend my deadline, it all depends if i lose the power this weekend and not able to go online and check on the logos.

Hurricane Charley, category 3, is coming right on us. suppose to be here tomorrow at 2pm. So we might loose the power for a couple of days.

The last 4 pictures you sent me, I liked #3 font the best. I would like you to space out the lettering a little so they are little easier to read, they're pretty tight righ now.

Delete both the paws.

In the ball, could you add a blue streak in there (same blue color as the dog).


The hurricane turned by the last hour and missed us!! We got a little wind and rain, but no damages!!!

So I'm able to decide the winner tomorrow.

Could you take away that blue in the ball and put light orange (like it is on the other side of the ball) in there instead.

My husband likes the font in number 1 of the 4 pictures. Could you make one picture with that font to.

I think this gonna be the last adjustment. You have been so patient with me!!

The light orange you put in the ball, can you delete the big area of light orange and make that the same color as the rest of the ball. So its just gonna be one stripe of light orange in the ball.

How many colors is it?? 4, is the font black or dark blue???

and can you show me how its looks in black and white version

it's actually 2 spot colors (tints of the colors included)
and the font is the dark blue color...
