Any recommedations on reliabe and stable hosting company. A hosting company with telephone to reach someone when help is needed?

I am with Host Rocket (http://www.hostrocket.com) and have not had to call for technical help since I set my initial account up.

They have a control panel and trouble ticket system that is the best and most efficient I have seen since I really began taking design seriously.

There are a ton of crappy hosting companies out there, so I recommend that before you actual choose one, you find out how good they really are by contacting someone who actually uses their service(s).

I have about 5 clients who all use Host Rocket as well and to this day have yet to have any kind of problems.

I use eHostPros (I am a reseller for them) and love their services. Never had to call them because they respond via their Ticketing system ULTRA QUICK! They also offer a control panel along with a lot of other features for a great price!
