All, (Admin code added by Palmer - M868812S)

Yet another logo oppurtunity for you all to undertake.

Background:
Elephant Services Group are a technology organisation offering various business grade technology solutions throughout the UK and Europe. The current logo can be found on a draft webpage at http://www.electricpage.co.uk/www_elephant/.

The grey scale suits the pages and their profile however they wish to have the logo (elephant) lifted out and recoloured to highlight it.

Timescale:
The contact is going on annual leave for 2 weeks from Sunday 4th May, however he will be reviewing the progress via an interent cafe, the deadline for the completed works is 18th May.

Format:
The logo will be used on the web, for print material and promotional litearture, so a high res 300dpi will be required, along with all available formats.

Good Luck,

Daniel

Do you want the same logo you currently have, just recolored? Or a whole new logo?

I like the current one, but would be interested in revamping it.

I look forward to seeing your response.

Thanks

Daniel.

Hi

This is my logo, whilst I'm quite happy with it  I have seen some of the work you have all submitted here.

The logo is supposed to be fun but it might not fit the serious business image that I am trying to adopt.

If you can suggest a better logo for Elephant Services Group as a value provider to business then please do,

Other brands in the group are Elephant SMS, Elephant Txt & Elephant Mobile.

I have set a reasonable time for the completion although if I am to change the logo I would like some early visibility.

Many thanks

Steve P

Both are interesting,

The whole site is grey, could you lift the Elephant in orange/pink - kind of like the FT?

Recolour it in pink? :help:

Have a look at the web site, Pink maybe a bit extreme, I do want to lift it slightly. Let me know what you think.

A UK - Europe Elephant pair.

Ok signing in as promised from the Internet cafe,

Ondarox & Victoria's I like - I will consult my partner and give some more feedback.

I'm favoring the UK Elephant pair, although might there be somthing less personal about the Elephant looking away?

Just one quick point that may help, the slogan is never forget, hence the Elephant. This can be used in many ways.

We never forget who the customer is
Never forget to ak us to quote
Also some of the technology we use send appointments and reminders.

Can you blend the slogan in?

OK

More feedback,

Ondarox could you display the leaping elephant in the web page as you have done with the multiple elephants please. But change the name to Elephant Services Group,

Victoria, The jury is still out on the multicolor elephants.

Cre8or, sorry it's not the look we are looking for.

Any more ideas welcome.

Kind regards

Steve P

Here's my second entry, I've left the UK/European elephant pair behind
for a more brandable "e"-lephant logo.
Please advise.
-Kimber.

Oh yeah, colour-change is no problem what-so-ever.

B)

Sorry for the delay everyone, I'm away and unable to get to the internet everyday.

Ondarox, I like the elephant not sure about the colour, hold fire for now -

Cre8or, that's pretty smart. I like the fact that it is business like and still fun,

I'll have a chat with my partner and get back to you all.

OK, we really like the Cre8or "E"

Can you remove the word "We" in never forget, It would also be useful to see how the "E" could be used in the other brands.

Elephant SMS Ltd
Elephant Txt Ltd
Elephant Mobile Ltd
Elephant Web Factory Ltd,

Okay...
I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but its a start.
I decided to represent each brand with a different colour,
but keeping it basicallt the same as "Elephant Services Group".

I wans,'t sure if the single "e" should remain: "Elephant Services Group", with the colour changes...
so I change the single "e"'s to reflect the different brands.

*Whew*

Please advise.
-Kimber.

Thank you all for the work and your submissions...

And the winner is Cre8or,

Things that I need to do, the topic says $75 but apparently there is only $50 transferred so far so I need to top up the $25 today.

I then require the final design in Adobe illustrator native (.ai) any version up to current (version 10)
Encapsulated Postscript (.eps) with vector output.

Congratulations Kimber!

I wondered about that :)

I then require the final design in Adobe illustrator native (.ai) any version up to current (version 10)
Encapsulated Postscript (.eps) with vector output.

Daniel, I didn't see that that was required in the original message. Kimber can you verify that you have what is required? If so, I'll send the prize money.

Thanks for the contest Daniel.

Thank you!
If Adobe Illustrator is what you need, then AI is what you get.
I'll supply a link shortly, so you may download the files.
If there's any problems / questions, please PM me and I'll be happy to help.

Just as a matter of safety (to keep strangers from downloading your file), you can send him the link in his private message box.

Hi

Can you send Dan the files but without converting type into an outline.

What is typeface is it that you are using?

Sure I can do that.
My only concern is that the text on a curve may not behave
properly when it's scaled. (This is why I like to convert it to outlines.)

The fonts are:

Folio Bk BT and
Folio XBd BT

I'm at work at the moment, but I will send the non-outline files ASAP.
